Es war eine sehr schöne (außergewöhnliche) Unterkunft mit und in schöner Umgebung.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt dort (auch, wenn es nur für eine Übernachtung war). Sehr empfehlenswert!

Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Peaceful & Historical location available to the city and good value for money,
Pros:

We found the location to be perfect. Parking was available, only a short distance from the check in. The grounds and gardens surrounding the Kloster was a peaceful and attractive encounter. We found the available local restaurants to be about twenty minutes walking distance away. The breakfast was a winner there was nothing which was not available to the guests and every taste was catered for. Excellent!

Cons:

The beds were found to be a little hard particularly for my wife who did not sleep well. We did only stay one night and often any unfamiliar bed does not offer that perfect first nights sleep.

Een echte kloosterkamer
Pros:

De hotelkamer in het klooster is strikt functioneel en is qua ruimte behoorlijk beperkt. Er is een goede parkeergelegenheid. De omgeving van het klooster is deels een industrieterrein en er zijn geen restarurants in de buurt. Het centrum van de stad is alleen met de auto bereikbaar.

Tolle Übernachtungsmöglichkeit etwas außerhalb von der Innenstadt
Pros:

Das Tagunshaus Himmelspforten liegt dirket am Mainradweg etwas außerhalb (ca. 2,5 km) von der Innenstadt in Würzburg.
Unterkunft Frühstück und Ambiente alles Bestens. Gute Möglichkeit die Fahrräder unterzustellen und zu laden. Sehr sauber und ruhig. Tolles Haus. Tolles Frühstück

Sehr schöner besonderer Ort, kostenlose Parkplätze und nah am Zentrum. Sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Der Checkout ist sehr früh (09:30) und es steht lediglich auf einem versteckten Schild, dass am Wochenende auch erst 10:30 möglich ist, bei Booking nicht. Der Speisesaal ist extrem laut und preislich ist es trotz des inkludierten Frühstücks für eine Person relativ teuer, obwohl es kein Hotel ist.

Schöner Kurzaufenthalt in toller Umgebung.
Pros:

Es ist schon etwas Besonderes in einem Kloster zu übernachten. Unser Zimmer war modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, mit Blick auf den Innenhof. In der ersten Nacht hat man den Zug etwas gehört in der zweiten Nacht nicht. Parkplätze waren vorhanden, bei Vollbelegung werden sie wahrscheinlich nicht reichen, aber auf der Straße sind genügend Plätze vorhanden. Das Personal war super freundlich, das Frühstück alles Bio und sehr gut 😊.
