We loved everything about this little gem! Fantastic view from the lovely balcony, perfect accommodation for a couple or single traveller and the hosts were super friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast brought to your room each morning, wish we could have stayed longer

The owners were amazing 👏 the apartment was clean and tidy, the location was outstanding and the breakfast was the best ive had in all the places ive stayed in England. If you do get chance to book this place then I highly recommend you do 👌

Amazing location and views with a very homely feeling. The hosts were lovely and couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Lovely breakfast delivered to our room. Sitting on the balcony looking out to see in the evening was amazing.

Location was amazing, open balcony looking right over harbour. Rooms and staff were great, real surprise to have breakfast brought to us, which was amazing, a great find right in the heart of New Quay.

The hosts were lovely and the location is perfect. We watched dolphins from the balcony! They even sent my coat back to our home after I'd left it in the wardrobe! Breakfast in the room was fantastic! We would definitely stay there again.

Richard and Diana were very welcoming,great conversation, and knowledgeable. The room we stayed in was clean and had everything we needed plus the best views in Newquay only 2 min walk to the harbour. The breakfast was great, set us up for the whole day. We were overlooking the bay and harbour. Perfect for people and dolphin watching. I did misplace my glasses while trying on sum great merch from there shop. He soon had them back to me. Thanks Richard & Diana. We will definitely be visiting you again soon.

Excellent location, room lovely and clean, stayed in the one with a sea view which was lovely to watch the dolphins first thing in the morning while waiting for breakfast which is brought to your room, staff very friendly always had a chat and would make sure you didn't want for anything would highly recommend 😀

We had very little time in New Quay so we stayed central New Quay and with the wonderful communal terrace, we sat and enjoyed the view nearly the whole time. Our room and lounge/dining area was great to have but a bit cluttered. Breakfast was extremely generous….

The rooms were very clean and well presented, the bed was really comfortable and had lovely clean bedding (which is is very important to us) the guy who welcomed us was really pleasant, the breakfast was lovely, loved the little trolley it was brought on. The host Richard was really friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was presented well all tasted delicious. The balcony was an amazing and a lovely place to sit with views and to dolphin watch.
