La colazione, lo staff e la camera in generale

Cons:

Il letto era terribile, sembrava che si rompesse da un momento all’altro. Non ho dormito bene
La posizione non è comodissima, è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza di Salento ma per arrivarci c’è una discesa (e quindi poi una salita) molto ripida dove non arrivano i taxi

Pros:

Abbiamo avuto una stanza vista montagna. La colazione era servita su una terrazza all'aperto.

Cons:

La colazione alle 7.30 visto che è luogo di escursioni. Mancano delle insegne che aiutano a trovarla perché con maps non è chiara la posizione

Es tranquilo. Le fatal luz en el baño, es un poco pequeño pero cómodo. La ubicación es buena, tienes la plaza a 5 minutos andando. Buen barrio, todo tranquilo. Está bien para quedarse a conocer la parte del eje cafetero.

Si vuelvo, volveré a este mismo hotel.
Pros:

En primer lugar agradecer al personal, su profesionalidad y excelente trato. En especial Alejandra y su compañera, que se relevaban en recepción. Por desgracia vivimos el terremoto en Salento, y lejos de salir corriendo como podría haber hecho cualquier persona, se preocuparon de todos los huéspedes indicándonos por donde salir al valle.
Solucionaron todos y cada uno de los inconvenientes que pueden surgir en un viaje, siempre con una sonrisa y buenas palabras. Un 10 de personal! La localización es a unos 6 minutos de la plaza andando lo que hace que el descanso sea de 10 también. Limpieza todos los días… en general, a quien lea este comentario, os aseguro que elegir este hotel es una opción perfecta para el viaje.

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Letto comodissimo, e cuscini che possono essere definiti cuscini! Abbiamo dormito davvero bene.

La nostra stanza aveva una bellissima vista sulla valle. La stanza era molto pulita. Ci hanno consentito di fare colazione anche il giorno in cui siamo arrivati pur non avendo ancora una stanza. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile a ogni richiesta

C’erano 3 opzioni per la colazione ma non scelte vegane/vegetariane. Porzioni non molto abbondanti
