Honestly, everything. By far the best hotel in arugam bay. I’ll make a list:
- Rooms are spacious and clean
- the location couldn’t be better.. directly in front of the beach, you can see the local surf spot from the rooftop or directly from the beach in front of the hotel
- easy access to everything you need at main road
- the staff is soooo friendly, every request we’ve had they handled so nicely.
- the restaurant at the hotel is so amazing at night, the atmosphere and food are great!
- They organized laundry service for us
- made us even a little good bye gift

Great location just five minutes from the center the host is super nice the rooms are modern and clean and there is a nice pool.

From the moment you arrive at Bay Vista, you feel like you're coming home. This beautiful family-owned hotel has created something truly special, where genuine hospitality and attention to every little detail make your stay unforgettable.

The staff are exceptional-warm, attentive, and always happy to help. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and their kindness makes you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive until the day you leave.
The rooms are immaculately maintained and cleaned to an exceptionally high standard every day. If you can, choose one of the first or second-floor ocean-facing rooms. Waking to the magnificent east-facing view is simply magical. Every sunrise paints the sky differently, creating a breathtaking start to each day that never gets old.

One of the simple pleasures is watching the local fishing boats leave from the beach each morning before dawn, then returning later with their catch. It's an authentic glimpse into local life and surprisingly captivating to watch from your balcony.

The head chef deserves special recognition. Every meal is beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and served promptly thanks to an efficient, well-run kitchen. Dining at Bay Vista is a highlight in itself.

Bay Vista isn't just a place to stay—it's a place you'll want to return to. The warmth of this wonderful family-run hotel, combined with its stunning beachfront location, outstanding food, immaculate rooms, and truly exceptional staff, makes it one of those rare places that leaves a lasting impression.

This was my 3rd stay at Bay Vista since 2022.

It’s was so clean and beautifully decorated. And the sea view insane! I think this is the only place in arugambay that looks like the photos on booking.com.

היינו משפחה, שני חדרים. חדר שפונה לים עם נוף מדהים ומרגיע וחדר עם נוף לכביש.החדרים עם מרפסת, נקיים,גדולים ומרווחים מזגן עובד קצת רועש כי המנוע במרפסת.
ארוחת בוקר מגוונת ומשביעה, צוות שתמיד מוכן לעזור בחיוך וכיף. מיקום מצוין על החוף ובמרכז הרחוב נגיש ברגל לכול מקום ובעיקר לחוף הגלישה המרכזי. המסעדה במקום עם אוכל טעים ומגוון ויש מרפסת בגג שעושים יוגה.
מחיר יקר לאזור אבל יש תמורה מלאה

We had a wonderful stay at Bay Vista during our trip to Arugam Bay. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and their complimentary breakfast with varying options was delicious. The location was perfect - right on the beach, a short walk from Baby Point for surfing, and on the main street close to plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops.

The staff were wonderful throughout our stay - attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. They also recommended we take surfing lessons with Milan, and we're so glad they did. He was an outstanding instructor: professional, patient and calm. As beginners, he made sure we understood the basics and safety before heading into the water and we had a great time learning to surf with him. We would absolutely recommend taking a lesson from him.

Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun beach vacation.

Super goede locatie, mooi uitzicht op strand en zee, tof dat de strandbedden inclusief waren, uitgebreide menukaart met lekker ontbijt en eten, super vriendelijk personeel

Das Personal im Hotel war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist super. Man kann aus dem Hotel direkt an den Strand. Auch das hauseigene Restaurant war sehr gut.
