Exceptional
Pros:

I like the overall stay, staff was friendly and rooms were super clean

There was no one at the reception and had to phone for attendance

Good stay
Pros:

Showers worked nice, good helping stuff

Cons:

Air-conditioner installation would make winter more fun. Was very cold weekend. Detox not working properly

The place was clean and tge staff was friendly.

Cons:

There was one bedside table and no bedside lamps.
There were no plugpoints on eitherside of the bed.
There was one plug point in front where you could plug only one itme at a time. It was not possible to watch TV, charge your phone and boil water at the same time.
We booked 2 rooms. One room had hangers but room 2006 didn't have hangers at all..
In room 2006 one side of the electric blanket was not working.
The parking area needs urgent attention.It's unsightly. The walls were mauldy.

Pros:

On the morning of March 5th, 2026, the guy working at the restaurant was really helpful and thoughtful.

Cons:

I tried calling the front desk a bunch of times but nobody picked up. I even went down there looking for an iron, but it was empty. It would be great if the receptionist could have a mobile phone, and maybe some instructions about the ironing facilities could be put in the room.

It was a lovely stay, i would definitely go back.

its's in town so it's ok.

It was great.
Pros:

I liked the fact that the rooms were clean, the bedding and bathroom clean as they should.

Cons:

The pool had no water, the ceiling in our bathroom had mould on it, communi action was lacking for instance we came for a wedding, when we came back reception was locked so we struggled to know which entrance to use after hours.
