I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this property. There was nothing likable about the experience. The room had a severe bed bug issue, which caused an allergic reaction across my body. The bed itself was highly uncomfortable, and the overall hygiene standards were very poor. The housekeeping staff were unresponsive and did not address concerns promptly. This property is far below the standards expected of a heritage hotel, as they claim.

Bien, mais cet hôtel ne mérite pas un prix aussi élevé.

Cons:

--Le bruit extérieur (klaxons etc..) et parfois l'odeur des gaz d'échappement qui rentre dans la chambre quand la climatisation est allumée.
