Pros:

Location was perfect, hotel was clean & comfortable, close to the holy masjid, checking in was seemless, Ruba at the reception was warm & welcoming. Omar Farouk on the 14th floor was very helpful. Thank you for a great stay, would recommend to family & friends, will return Inshallah.

Pleasant one night stay
Pros:

I liked the two ladies in the reception upon checking in (sorry for not recalling their names). They were very nice , cheerfull and very helpful. The house keeping man Mohamed Hassan was very nice helpful and attended to any of our requests.

Cons:

The elevators in this hotel are awful . I was in the 13 th floor. It took me more than ten minutes to call the elevator and was about to miss duhr prayers. They should as well find a solution to lift the groups luggages. They should use any back lift to solve this. Breakfast varieties was not bad but some items were not heated enough.

Good location
Pros:

I liked that it was close to the haram however it is on the other side to masjid nabwi. Was able to get to the congregational prayers on time as it was a 2 to 3 minute walk from the hotel but getting to the Prophets mosque everyday with kids cans be a bit of walk with it being so busy. This hotel is close to gate 326 and the prophets mosque is close to gate 365.

The beds were very comfortable and soft. There was construction work going on but that cant be heard when the fan and cooler are turned on.

The bathroom was good had a bath and shower. Also had the basin to wash your feet for wudhu.
Had a hairdryer too and was given soap and shampoo and toothpaste and toothbrushes not that we needed them.

The hotel do a breakfast which is SR40 per person which personally I find a bit pricey but each to their own. It has a variety of mixed cuisines and tastes ok. Just didnt do any fruit which would have been appreciated in this heat.
Great priced food and breakfast places just outside gate 330 and 331.

I also really liked that there was a full length mirror just outside the bathroom as that really helps when getting ready

There was a desk and chair too which is good if you want to read whilst not sitting on the bed.

The staff were pleasant but we hardly saw them as the lifts were at the back and we usually used the back entrance rather than the main entrance.

The housekeeping boys were quite helpful joway, Abdul Rahman and pawal.

Overall it was a good experience. I would book again but if you want it to be really close to the Rawdah area then would need it closer on the other side.

Cons:

The room could have been set up a bit better. There was literally no space left between our 3 beds for us to pray. Sometimes its easier to pray in the hotel when the kids are being challenging.

Pros:

The location to Masjid Nabwi was like 5 mins or less..the staff were really helpful and polite. All facilities were available and the rooms and bathroom were clean.
