Cons:

Запазихме една нощувка с идеята да си починем на спокойно място. При настаняване ни съобщиха, че ще има парти за рожден ден и ще бъде много шумно. Не ни бяха предупредили предварително, иначе нямаше да отидем. Решихме да не оставаме и говорихме с рецепционистката, която каза, че няма проблем и да поискаме да ни върнат парите през booking. Това и направихме, но все още те не са върнати. Не е малка сума за нощувка, която не се осъществи.

Уикенд с приятели
Pros:

Храната беше превъзходна, персонала изключително любезен и усмихнат. В хотела беше много спокойно и тихо. Перфектно място за релакс. Съотношение цена-качество е доста изгодно. Бихме се върнали отново.

Cons:

Когато пристигнахме около 16:30ч. ни не казано , че стаята не е готова и се наложи да чакаме. Водата в басейна беше студена имаше много счупена керамика ( плочки). Мебелите са стари имат нужда от подмяна. Няма параван в банята и когато се къпеш цялата става във вода. Тоалетната чиния е амортизирана и захабена. Душа тече. Мокета в стаята е захабен, с петна и дупки. Имаше паяжина над гардероба. В стаята имаше мравки. Имаше теч от климатика и всичките дрехи бяха мокри.

Staff not very approachable. Great location and transport network to Plovdiv. Staff need to smile more .
Pros:

10 min walk to town centre and still felt rural ample parking , lovely pool and clean . Great view

Cons:

No plates , kettle , microwave , cutlery . Why woukd you bring your own crockery and utensils ? Staff had a wedding next day and appeared stressed and seemed to prioritise the organisation of the wedding over current guests . Even though we paid peak prices as attended concert.

Pros:

Room was clean and resturaunt decent with outdoor seating and a view of the valley. Also there was a pool, that I didn't have the opportunity to use.

Cons:

Most of the the staff had limited English skills. Not all of the staff were welcoming. Coffee is not included with breakfast.

Добро местенце
Pros:

Хубава локация, вкусна храна, отзивчив персонал. Басейнът беше чист, както и стаите. Доволни сме!
