box doccia non chiudeva bene perche aveva rotte le ruote, asciugacapelli non funzionava, tv non aveva segnale, 4 notti con un solo rotolo di carta igienica, non e mai venuto nessuno a fare le pulizie in camera o a cambiare i unici due asciugamani che avevamo trovato quando siamo entrati

Checkin ul foarte facil, am primit codul si nr camerei in mesaj la 1 minut dupa ce am facut rezervarea. Lengeria curata.

Cons:

Patul scartie rau de tot cand faci vreo miscare,si aerul conditionat foarte greu mergea deabea dupa 8/9 ore era rece in camera. Scariile oribile treptele inalte rau si inguste.

I want to note that the location of the hotel is great and the reception staff is very welcoming. However, there is a serious issue with my Deluxe Room. I found at least three live cockroaches and one dead one. I wasn't even looking for them—they were just out in plain sight. This is unacceptable for a Deluxe standard, and I need this addressed.

Very disappointed, not going back.

I didn't like anything.

Cons:

The shower had sewage issues, it was clogged. There was a cockroach in the bedroom. The TV had no remote to turn it on, the pillows were smelly, the mini fridge was super noisy so I unplugged it, the glass next to the teapot absolutely filthy. The location is close to a boulevard so it was noisy even during the night, overall not satisfied.
