Hygeine. The bedsheets were not cleaned and the rooms had small cockroaches as well near the kettle area.

Pros:

Property is in very good location, short walk to Laxman Jula. Staffs here are all great and having service mind , especially Ms.Anjali at the reception. She was always ready to help me and tried to provide me any information I asked. I appreciate this a lot. Hope to return to Rishikesh soon.

A quiet place where I felt really cared for
Pros:

Punyah Residence was a really nice place to stay. The location is great and, above all, very peaceful. There were some works nearby, but apart from that, almost no noise at all.

I also felt very well looked after. I arrived after a long journey, tired, and they made sure I could rest and feel comfortable. They gave me a really good room: bright, with lots of natural light and nice views. I appreciated that a lot.

Sometimes the little things make a big difference, and here they did.
