Todo estuvo super bien! desde la atención hasta las habitaciones, piscina, desayuno y demás.

Cons:

Tuvimos problemas con la tele ya que se quedaba trabada y un poco la ventilación ya que no cuentan con aire acondicionado pero sí con un ventilador

Si lo recomiendo
Pros:

La habitación es linda, la cama muy cómoda, la terraza y en general me pareció agradable. Si volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.

Cons:

No me gustó que el estacionamiento no sea 24 horas y que no esté en el hotel, aunque relativamente está muy cerca. El desayuno con poca variedad, pero lo poco que había si estaba rico.

En la habitación no habia cajonera, no pudimos guardar nada, tuvimos que usar la maleta como cajonera
No hay en donde conseguir un agua o refresco despues del desayuno, podría haber una máquina expendedora
Su sistema de cable es muy malo

Pros:

It is a beautiful boutique hotel. It is located on a rather humble street. But once inside, we were stunned. The beautiful pool, the sweet little breakfast area, the huge, comfortable king bed. The best part however, was the staff. The female staff members were extremely attentive, kind and helpful. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Cons:

The location was a little disappointing. But it was very safe and very welcoming.

Pleasant stay only marred by incorrect description of one of the rooms
Pros:

Staff was great, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Pleasant atmosphere and setting. Location near to sites and restaurants.

Cons:

The description of the superior suite said it included a separate bedroom with king bed and living room area. But that was incorrect. It did have a king bed but otherwise was not different than the regular suite. The price for the not so superior suite was 1100 pesos more, definitely not worth it. We think that they actually do not have rooms with separate bedrooms. Also it would have been nice to be able to have an earlier breakfast time as we were traveling up to El Rosario, and needed to leave earlier than the set time of 8:30.
