Great service and friendly staff, with limited entanglement
Pros:

The hotel suitable for children since it has aqua park and football playground, it is nearby the airport around 13 minutes by vehicle, The staff always welcoming and smiling which was actually something special from the staff, There was shuttle bus to the beach it had to be booked one day in advance, the food quality was okay but it could be improved I’m talking about the variety of cousins, the room was clean, in that event I would like to state special thanks to Mina from house keeping staff and Mohamed Manger of the house keeping staff for making my stay comfortable and for the special treatment, going forward there’s daily entertainment for children in hotel theatre, there was mo entertainment for adults or Aerobic on the swimming pool., the buffet is served in 3 main restaurant during the day the staff there was great special thanks to Ashraf in the restaurant.
In the lobby bar there was variety of hot and cold drinks, served during the day. The Bartender Bishoy always smiles and welcoming guests. The shuttle bus takes around 23 minutes one way going to the beach. I didn’t use the hotel wifi but my wife did, it was fast and reachable within the hotel facilities., i had got daily housekeeping in my room changing towels, bedsheets etc..,
The Guest Relations team provided exceptional service. I would like to highlight Viola from Guest Relations for her professionalism and dedication.

Cons:

Sometimes the shuttle bus was fully booked, beach is little far away, there’s no much entertainment on the pool neither the beach,
No events for animations or entertainment noticed during my stay.

The positive side first: some of the managers and guest relations team tried to help and were the only professional people we interacted with during our stay. We appreciate their effort.

Cons:

* The staff attitude was generally rude and unprofessional.
* Communication between departments was extremely poor.
* Our first room was unacceptable and not clean properly.
* We even found insects/bugs in the room, which was shocking for us.
* Although our room was changed later, we continued having different problems during the stay.
* The food quality was average and repetitive.
* Service quality did not match the standards we expected from a hotel like this.
* We did not feel comfortable, welcomed, or valued as guests.

Honestly, we really enjoyed our stay here. From the first day, the staff made us feel welcome and were always smiling and helpful. The hotel atmosphere was very relaxing, which is exactly what we needed for our vacation.

The rooms were clean, the food was good with decent variety, and the location was great. What we appreciated the most was how kind and respectful everyone was with us and our family.

Every place has small things that can be improved, but overall we had a genuinely good experience and made very nice memories here. Thank you to the whole team for the hospitality, we would definitely come back again.
