Het was zeker leuk maar er zijn nog veel verbeteringen.

De medewerkers waren echt heel vriendelijk en vooral de schoonmaak team Mohmoud was echt top heel lief.

عندي ملاحظه ولا ادري اذا كانت في محلها او انها احساس شخصي
وهي بمنطقة المطاعم ملاحظة فرق في التعامل مع النزلاء حسب جنسياتهم الأجنبي مميز عكس العربي

Meget dårlig oplevelse, hold jer væk fra dette hotel

Rengøringen og servicen var under al kritik.

Airconditionen virkede ikke, og temperaturen på værelset lå konstant mellem 25,5 og 30 grader. Vi klagede hver eneste dag uden at få hjælp. Mange andre gæster stod også i kø for at skifte værelse, fordi deres aircondition heller ikke virkede.

Hotelværelset var beskidt og snavset. Gulvet blev aldrig fejet eller vasket. Personalet brugte i stedet tid på at forme vores håndklæder som svaner, selvom jeg flere gange forklarede, at jeg hellere ville have, at de gjorde ordentligt rent.

Det er umuligt at forstå, hvordan dette hotel kan være et femstjernet hotel.

Der var myrer i sengen, og det kløede, så længe man lå i den, som om der var lopper.

Safeboksen virkede ikke.

Køleskabet var ødelagt de første to dage.

Der var ingen håndsæbe på toilettet, og det blev aldrig fyldt op, selvom vi gentagne gange bad om det. Til sidst var vi nødt til selv at købe håndsæbe og shampoo.

Hotellet markedsføres som all inclusive, men det passer ikke. Man skal selv købe næsten alt.

Vi måtte også kæmpe for at få toiletpapir.

To af mine børn fik madforgiftning, og det ene barn fik ringorm.

Jeg kan på ingen måde anbefale dette hotel. Hold jer væk.

Ho soggiornato all'Xperience Kiroseiz Parkland Premier dal giorno 8 al 19 luglio e mi sono trovata benissimo, una vacanza davvero indimenticabile!
Resort bellissimo, curatissimo e pulitissimo, con piscine fantastiche. Cibo buono, vario e abbondante ogni giorno, sia a pranzo che a cena, con tantissima scelta per tutti.
Abbiamo festeggiato anche il compleanno di mia figlia lì e le hanno fatto una bellissima sorpresa, con torta e tanto affetto. Un gesto che non dimenticheremo, grazie di cuore!
Il punto forte è il personale, eccezionale.
Un grazie speciale ad Ahmed, fantastico! E grazie anche ad Ayuk, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile! Persone splendide, attente e presenti, che ti fanno sentire davvero a casa.
E un complimento enorme ai ragazzi che riordinavano le stanze, perfetti! Tutti i giorni camera impeccabile, pulita in ogni dettaglio, profumata, con le loro simpatiche creazioni con gli asciugamani.
Animazione super, atmosfera bellissima.
Siamo tornate il 19 felicissime
