Our stay at Hotel Pahor exceeded all our expectations and gave us memories we will cherish for years
Pros:

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable family holiday – we couldn't have chosen a better place!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pahor, and all four of us—my husband, my two children, and I—absolutely loved it.

We stayed in a deluxe apartment overlooking the forest and the pool. It was incredibly spacious for our family of four, with two floors, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of room to relax. The peaceful location was exactly what we were looking for, away from the crowds yet close to so many attractions.

The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

The restaurant deserves special praise. The food was outstanding, offering much more than the typical Italian trattoria. We enjoyed delicious traditional Italian dishes, excellent steaks, and fresh seafood. The hotel's own red and white house wines were also excellent and complemented the meals perfectly. Breakfast was equally impressive, with a wide selection of fresh pastries, fruit, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and many other options.

The location was ideal for exploring the region. During our stay we visited Trieste, went rafting in Slovenia, relaxed on Italian and Slovenian beaches, and explored the fascinating First World War memorials, including the Hungarian Chapel commemorating the Hungarian soldiers who fought in the Battles of the Isonzo.

By the end of our holiday, we didn't want to leave. It was one of the best family vacations we've ever had, and we would happily return. We highly recommend Hotel Pahor to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay while enjoying everything this beautiful region has to offer.

Cons:

If I had to mention anything that could be improved, I would say that the beds were a little squeaky, so they could be a bit noisy when you moved, and the swimming pool water was slightly on the cold side. However, these were only very minor details and did not affect our stay in any way. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and would happily return.

Fint lite hotell med god mat og hyggelig personale
Pros:

Veldig fint hotell med god mat i restauranten og hyggelig betjening. Vi fikk gode tips om vin og steder å besøke etc.

Cons:

Ingenting. Det kanskje noe trafikkstøy til frokosten, men dette var ikke viktig.

Hôtellerie très bien, restaurant décevant
Pros:

Excellent petit déjeuner, très copieux, produits de qualité, très varié. Chambre et salle de bain spacieux, literie confortable. Le personnel est très réactif : notre frigo ne fonctionnait pas, il a été changé immédiatement . Piscine à débordement magnifique, en pleine nature, merveilleux ! Personnel agréable.

Cons:

Le restaurant : carte plutôt gastronomique mais certains détails le démentent, comme par exemple un avocat servi encore dur et immangeable ! Les portions plutôt maigrichonnes, ce qui ne ressemble pas à la gastronomie italienne. Une des personnes du service n’était vraiment pas professionnelle.

Die Lage und der Lärm, das Hotel liegt auf einer Verkehrsinsel zwischen zwei Hauptverkehrsstraßen mit vielen Motorrädern und entsprechender
Lautstuvpn 5h bis 23h!! Das Schwimmbad ist 200 m entfernt, die Rezeption ist zwischen 10h und 17h nicht besetzt. Einchecken in der Zwischenzeit per Self Checkin…allerdings bekamen wir selbst nach 3-maliger Anfrage per mail keine Info!!
Das Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich, besser, wenn mehrere Gäste anwesend sind

Les hôtes sont adorables, leurs restaurant familial est gastronomique, l ' ambiance et le personnel sont très sympa.

Cons:

Deuxième étage sous les combles, aucune isolation phonique !!! Entre les voitures, la pluie sur les velux et les cloches de l ' église qui teinte à fond à partir de 7 heure du matin, je déconseille fortement cette étage, favoriser le premier.
