Pros:

The staff were really kind and helpful. They helped me with everything I needed to manage the chaos of Paharganj and to organize a itinerary for some weeks in India. The location is great for exploring Old Delhi, and the price of the private room is very reasonable for the area.

Hotel location was dirty.
Pros:

The room and staff were ok.

Cons:

Instead of the hotel I had booked, they were arranging another hotel for my stay. They informed me that this one also belonged to them. and the hotel is located in a dirty alley.

Da tenere in considerazione, consigliato
Pros:

Struttura nuova e molto pulita. Anche se il vicolo per raggiungerla può incutere timore, è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. Sonno tranquillo a due passi dal bazar e dai negozi più utili (farmacia, cambio soldi, mini market, chai, ecc...).

The place was very clean and pleasant. The staff: Mr Tanveer malik and Mr. Manoj were very helpful and nice. Perfect location just beside Main Bazaar. Great value for the price!!
