Beautiful views all around. Incredible breakfast for the food and atmosphere. You felt very looked after and welcomed.

Cons:

Our room was quite dark and unfortunately all walk ways down to the seafront were closed resulting in a 45min walk along the roads. We booked the property on the understanding of using the footpath down which takes about 20mins. It’s unfortunate but it really changed our experience visiting noli. If we were told we might have been able to make adjustments to our trip.

Stop searching and book this place!
Pros:

The property was beautiful, decorated in a way that made it cozy without clutter, breakfast was glorious and included homemade jam which we could not help but purchase in the full jar as a souvenir! We had a two bedroom suite with a kitchen and sitting area. Excellent use of space and sparkling clean. The owner has an eye for design and has clearly put great attention into the details of the rooms and surrounding grounds. On lower terraces of the ridge are orchards, ducks, geese, a couple friendly goats. We would be happy to return for a week, at least.

Cons:

A person should have some bravery for driving the twisty road that gets you to the property. Be brave and you will get the reward of staying in a wonderful spot.

If you want tranquility, amazing views, with a great sunrise, and a personalized breakfast on your own private terrace,
Pros:

The views were stunning, the seclusion and quietness were wonderful.

The view from our bed/bedroom was to die for; the a/c worked very well, and the breakfast ( much of which was beautifully home made) was bountiful, varied and delicious.

Un lieu reposant et dépaysant
Pros:

Cet établissement surplombe la mer et la vue est incroyablement belle. Le lieu est très tranquille et bien aménagé.
La piscine est très agréable. Le top de cet endroit est le petit déjeuner copieux servi sur la terrasse avec des produits maison qui changent chaque jour (fruits, tarte, etc). Un vrai régal !
Les hôtes sont très accueillantes.
A découvrir !

Cons:

Tout était parfait. Il faut cependant avoir une voiture. Le village de Noli n'est pas très loin à vol d'oiseau, mais à pied, il faut 15-20 minutes avec du dénivelé.

Ein unglaublicher Ort für einen romantischen Urlaub zu zweit, habe selten so eine wunderschöne Unterkunft gesehen. Eigentlich garnicht, wenn ich ehrlich bin. Meine Freundin und ich hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und das Frühstück war der Wahnsinn. Manuela war eine sehr gute Gastgeberin und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Ist zu 100% empfehlenswert..
