Nice location but accommodation was rather challenging.
Pros:

Location was central with parking adjacent to the property. It was an interesting conversation from a church to apartments.

Cons:

The property was photographed to suggest it was more luxurious/spacious than it was. Internal staircases are very steep, making it hard to carry cases to top floor. We were in a top of building apartment, meaning we had 3 internal staircases to navigate. We managed (my friend and I are early 60s) but agreed if much older we might have struggled. My bed at the highest point of the property was also very high, meaning I do had to Fosbury flop into it every night. The need for sleep outweighed the potential to dislocate something!

Kitchen is poorly equipped for cooking - limited pots and pans. Crockery was Melamine; felt like camping rather than luxury apartment environment.

Sofa at this level is stained (nasty brown stains on it).

Limited places to hang clothes. No mirrors in the bedrooms. No privacy in the bedrooms. Curtain can be pulled across for the bed next to the bathroom.

There were many large cobwebs around the apartment - was pleased not to meet who had created these!

Heerlijk genieten boven in een kerk met fantastisch uitzicht
Pros:

Het ontbijt was erg goed. Vers en meer als voldoende

Cons:

Kleine gebreken in de kamer. maar niets onoverkomelijk of vervelend. Meer van het caliber los schroefje kapot lampje.

Ontzettend gastvrij en lief meedenkende gastvrouw

Pros:

Amazing and unique property. Nothing like I have ever stayed in before.

Cons:

Only thing is that it could use a mirror for getting ready. There was one tiny mirror.

Die Unterkunft ist außergewöhnlich aber nicht gemütlich.
Pros:

Und hat gefallen das es eine wirklich außergewöhnliche Unterkunft ist.
Zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist für kleine Kinder u ältere Menschen durch die steilen Treppen nicht geeignet.
Spärliches deutsches Fernsehprogramm.
Und leider keine gemütliche Couch um Abends schön zusammen zu sitzen. Etwas ungemütlich. Keine geschlossenen Schlafräume muss man mögen.
