Pros:

The staff are cordial. It's a simple room with no luxury amenities, but maintained clean. The linen and washrooms are very clean. Good for overnight stay where you will ve spending most of the time in temple darshan, etc. Good restaurants nearby. Walkable distance to Gate 6 or 7 where pass or free darshan starts. Might be difficult to walk for senior citizens.

Its a suitable place for a quick stay of 1 night or so. That much of purpose it solves.
Pros:

The property is located at the prime location, hardly 50 mts away from the main temple entry gates so it becomes easier to navigate between places.
Tiny rooms. Stayed in a room for two and felt very congested.

Cons:

The rooms could be clean even more. Bath rooms smelled somehow.

Pros:

Services are excellent. There is a bonus guidance for the tourists where to visit and about the current status of puja timings and darshan timings. We loved the place and the lovely staff for their service and cooperation.

It was an amazing and smooth stay.The staff were so welcoming.Especially the person in the reception

The hotel incharge made it such a comfortable stay. He guided us about the timing to visit the temple the dos and don't everything was explained it was such a smooth visit. Their driver Mr.Ganesh was excellent. He took us to all the known temples and places to visit.He was driver cum guide.Excellent staff.Would recommend this place to my family and friends.

Very bad experience

Staff were good n very helpful.

Cons:

Room n washroom were very, very Small, completely opposite to the pictures shown online. AC was not working properly. My room was on the ground floor which I didn't ask for. Lots of disturbance from the vehicles on the road. Washbasin was micro size, no place/stand to put any soap or brushes. Bathroom just adjacent to bed, which was stinky. Very bad experience.
