A strange AI assistant and a not welcoming check in (everything online) hide a qualitative hostel
Pros:

The appartment is very comfortable, modern, and the mezzanine gives a proper separation between the living room and the chamber. The toilets and shower are very modern and clean.

Cons:

The fact that there is no human being to welcome you: everything is managed by an AI... very strange feeling...

Отель находится в центре ,рядом магазин и ресторан,есть парковка.Номер двухярусный,высокие потолки,свежий ремонт,современный дизайн.В номере есть разные зоны для отдыха:лаунж с отличным диваном,спяльная зона с хорошей кроватью,лестница для фотосессии)) Комфортная душевая.Хорошо дизайнеры поработали со светом и аксессуарами.

Cons:

Всё нормально,главное не боятся самостоятельного заселения)))

Zentral gelegene, komfortable, großzügig, modern und stilsicher eingerichtete Unterkunft, Cafes und Gaststätten fussläuf

Sehr zentral gelegen, aussergewöhnlich stilsicher und sehr schön eingerichtetes Quartier, unser Zimmer war mit Galerie und Sofa im oberen Bereich, sehr gute Betten, grosszügiges schickes Bad, wunderbares Foyer und Treppenhaus mit beleuchteter Marmortreppe, Getränke und Gebäck zur Verfügung, Abwicklung und Zugang des Quartiers sehr professionell mit KI, Wünsche wurden in max.15-30 Minuten bearbeitet. Parkmöglichkeit und Gaststätten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Volle Empfehlung von uns.

Cons:

Rooms not suited for old people that are used to go for several times during the night time to the bathroom!!!! The sleeping "corner" is at the upper side of the hotel room and accessible by a very narrow an steep (some 70°) row of stairs!!!!

Lucruri mic care fac diferenta. Calitatea serviciilor este pe primul loc.
Pros:

Am fost impresionat de marimea camerei, curățenie, am gasit cald in camera si nu a trebuit sa mai astept sa se incalzeasca. Accesorii de calitate(gel dush, sampon etc), apa plata/minerala si cafea din partea casei. Oameni care stiu sa faca business.

Cons:

Inca incerc sa ma acomodez cu toata digitalizarea care presupune renuntarea la receptia hotelului. Cateodata se poate pierde timp pentru ca nu este o persoana la receptie.
