Pros:

Хочу от всей души поблагодарить администратора отеля Анжелику! Она была очень любезна и гостеприимна, очень мне помогла. В следующий раз, когда приеду, обязательно остановлюсь в этом отеле. Благодаря Анжелике я так полюбил Актау! Ещё раз огромное ей спасибо!

Una stanza pulita e null’altro

Le stanze e la struttura erano adeguate a livello rapporto, qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Purtroppo non c’è piaciuta l’accoglienza da parte di chi gestisce l’hotel. Al nostro arrivo non ci è degnato neanche di un saluto e la signora si è limitata a dirci in inglese e di sederci senza dirci neanche buona sera come si farebbe a un cane. Stesso trattamento, quando siamo andati via, abbiamo salutato neanche ci ha risposto.
Ha interagito solo con un nostro amico del gruppo che italiano che parla in russo . No italiani trattati molto freddamente.
La colazione veramente scarsa. Consisteva in due fette di pane due fettine di salame e due fettine di formaggio con eventuale te nero o Nescafé.

Круглосуточная стойка регистрации, это круто, так как заехали поздно. Особенно понравилась менеджер Татьяна: такая гостеприимная, вежливая и улыбчивая. Кровати были удобные, попросила вторую подушку - выдали. В любом случае довольно хороший вариант для короткой поездки, особенно на фоне остальных 🙌

The 24-hour reception was great as we arrived late at night. I especially liked the manager Tatyana who was so welcoming, polite and always smiling. The beds were comfortable; I asked for an extra pillow and she gave me one straight away. Overall, it's a pretty good option for a short trip, especially compared to the prcies of others 🙌

Cons:

Питание не входит в цену, за завтрак заплатили немного, правда, 2 дня подряд он был одинаковый. Локация далековато от центра, магазинов рядом нет, выбирали ближе к пляжу (Достар), но он оказался мягко говоря ужасным и пахучим.

Breakfast was not included in the price. We paid for breakfast, it wasn't expensive, yet it was the same two days in a row. The location is a bit far from the center and there are no shops nearby. We chose this hotel as it was close to the beach (Dostar), however it's not for swimming at all: it turned out to be awful and smelly, to say the least.

Great quiet location, close to beach and walking distance to the city
Pros:

The property was located in a great location. About 10 mins from the beach and 30 mins walking to the city. The property was clean, beds were comfortable and the staff ladies were incredibly nice and attentive.

Pros:

Белое постельное белье, удобный матрас. Несмотря на то что приехали на 2 часа раньше заселения, нас заселили без доплаты.

Cons:

На сайте специально указывала 2 отдельные кровати, а получили одну большую, не очень понравилось. Тоооонкие стены. Все слышно. Телевизор был с царапиной на экране,смотреть было неудобно.
