Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, thỏai mái, không ồn ào. Phòng 2 người tiêu chuẩn. Vị trí cũng thuận lợi cho việc di chuyển, không xa trung tâm. Bậc cầu thang hơi nhỏ đối với người cao tuổi mà có thang máy nên với mình thì người trẻ hay người cao tuổi đều thuận tiện cả. Có chỗ cho khách ủi đồ nữa. Anh chủ nhiệt tình thân thiện dễ thương. Nói chung bước vào phòng một cái là cái bụng nó ưng liền, với mức giá 550k/đêm thì ở đây phải gọi là quá ok với mình. Tiêu chí của mình là phòng ốc sạch sẽ, không ồn ào còn những đánh giá khác là cung cấp thêm thông tin cho ai cần nhé. Hihi

Хороший отель немного в стороне от самого центра. Хотя до всех достопримечательностей или центра города можно запросто добраться либо пешком, либо на автобусе (в сентябре 2026 проезд был бесплатный) 15-20 минут. Команата чистая и она не очень большая. Также есть плитка и кухонные принадлежности для готовки, но я не пользовался. Хозяева очень гостеприимная и доброжелательная семья.

Location was in a regular neighbourhood. Rooms were spacious and clean. Friendly and helpful host - food recommendations, directions and organizing our bus trip.

The owners are so sweet. Building has an elevator. Excellent value. The room has a good amount of space.

stayed at Maison Royale for an entire month, and by the end of my stay, it truly felt like home. The staff became like family. They always went above and beyond to help me, from making sure I wasn’t being scammed, helping me find medicine when I was sick, helping me pack before my flight home, and even rescuing me every time I accidentally locked myself out of my room (which happened more than once!). 😅

One of my favorite parts of my stay was sitting outside in the evenings talking with the staff and neighbors. They made me feel so welcome, and I even learned a little Vietnamese because of them. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care made my trip so much more special. I will truly miss them.

Maison Royale was such a homely property with the most welcoming and kind staff. The family were so accommodating and watched our bags for us while we waited for our sleeper bus. The property is in a quiet area and a quick Grab ride into the main streets of District 1.

the location is relatively superb given the price, off in a narrow alley in D3, there's a convenience store across the street, as well as a mini-mart for local groceries
the building itself is stylish and of quality -- it has a lift! surrounding buildings are mostly fine in terms of the view, as you don't stay in this place to chill on a balcony
basic amenities are provided, and also the TV contained some international channels
plus, the host is super chilled and nice, had some conversations whenever I came in and out, and he never refused to give insightful comments on local life and touristy spots alike

Шикарное место для отдыха, чистое, уютное, в номере есть мини кухня и всё для комфортного прибывания.
В округе множество кафе, есть круглосуточный магазин.
Рядом шикарная кофейня ngâm CAFE, обязательна к посещению)))
Хозяин очень приветливый, отдельное спасибо ему за гостеприимство!
Жил здесь два раза, когда приеду в Хошимин, остановлюсь снова здесь.

Anh chủ nhiệt tình

Номер чистый, кровать удобная, есть минимальный набор посуды, лёд в морозилке. Лифт имеется, рядом есть несколько кафе, до аэропорта 10 минут на такси. Рекомендуем!!!!

A warm family runs this hotel. They helped me carry two huge suitcases to my Grab, and even brought a courier package straight to my room without me having to ask.

I felt looked after during my stay. If you're looking for a place that cares about its guests rather than just checking them in, this is it. Great location too, with lots of restaurants nearby and most attractions just a 5 minute Grab ride away.
