Maison Royale

stayed at Maison Royale for an entire month, and by the end of my stay, it truly felt like home. The staff became like family. They always went above and beyond to help me, from making sure I wasn’t being scammed, helping me find medicine when I was sick, helping me pack before my flight home, and even rescuing me every time I accidentally locked myself out of my room (which happened more than once!). 😅

One of my favorite parts of my stay was sitting outside in the evenings talking with the staff and neighbors. They made me feel so welcome, and I even learned a little Vietnamese because of them. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care made my trip so much more special. I will truly miss them.

Maison Royale was such a homely property with the most welcoming and kind staff. The family were so accommodating and watched our bags for us while we waited for our sleeper bus. The property is in a quiet area and a quick Grab ride into the main streets of District 1.

the location is relatively superb given the price, off in a narrow alley in D3, there's a convenience store across the street, as well as a mini-mart for local groceries
the building itself is stylish and of quality -- it has a lift! surrounding buildings are mostly fine in terms of the view, as you don't stay in this place to chill on a balcony
basic amenities are provided, and also the TV contained some international channels
plus, the host is super chilled and nice, had some conversations whenever I came in and out, and he never refused to give insightful comments on local life and touristy spots alike

В округе множество кафе, есть круглосуточный магазин.
Рядом шикарная кофейня ngâm CAFE, обязательна к посещению)))
Хозяин очень приветливый, отдельное спасибо ему за гостеприимство!
Жил здесь два раза, когда приеду в Хошимин, остановлюсь снова здесь.

Номер чистый, кровать удобная, есть минимальный набор посуды, лёд в морозилке. Лифт имеется, рядом есть несколько кафе, до аэропорта 10 минут на такси. Рекомендуем!!!!

A warm family runs this hotel. They helped me carry two huge suitcases to my Grab, and even brought a courier package straight to my room without me having to ask.

I felt looked after during my stay. If you're looking for a place that cares about its guests rather than just checking them in, this is it. Great location too, with lots of restaurants nearby and most attractions just a 5 minute Grab ride away.

I like the location in district 3, it's not as touristy and feels more authentic. The host is super friendly and helpful, the room is nice and clean, and the internet speed was really fast (300 mbps) which was perfect for remote work. Highly recommend.

The owner was incredibly kind. I was suffering from food poisoning and did not come out of my room past noon as I usually did, so he went out of his way to call me. When he realized that I was having trouble understanding English, he messaged me on WeChat instead. After that, he brought me two 1.5-liter bottles of water and two rolls of toilet paper, and told me to let him know if I needed any help.

The owner's family also welcomed me with warm smiles, and I felt very at ease. This was my first solo trip abroad, and their kindness made it a truly wonderful memory. It also made me love Vietnam.

The bed was very clean.

I stayed here for four nights and the best part of my stay here was definitely the services and the friendliness of the owner! This is a family-owned hotel, and they are very accommodating to my requests. I asked them about the laundry, and the owner himself told me that he would take care of it all. By the next day, he had it all folded up neatly for me in a basket, so I didn't have to worry about doing any part of the laundry as I went out to do my holiday activities. The owner was also very helpful whenever I asked about recommendations, and also places where I could get specific services done! They also let me sit around at the lobby/receptionist and leave my luggage there while I waited for my flight, so just because you've checked out of your room, it doesn't mean they're immediately going to stop giving you their hospitality. The owner also gave me his phone number for easy contact in emergencies, like the time I accidentally locked myself in my room due to my mistake LOL!

Also, AMAZING value for the stay!

I mainly picked out this hotel due to its proximity to the 5-star hotel, La Vela Saigon, because my friends were staying at that hotel. Because of La Vela Saigon being a 5-star hotel, there are plenty of nice spots and convenient shops around the area! My favourites have to be the Family Mart on the way to La Vela, the film camera shop, along with Ngam Cafe! If you have the Grab app (The southeast asian Uber/DoorDash), ordering food delivery and getting transport takes very little time! But there are also a ton of restaurants and stalls in the area to explore!

The friendly family,the warm welcome and well appointed rooms. They have thought of every little thing including a weighing scale for those who are flying out. Quiet location in a well serviced area. O and a lift!! That's
a deal breaker!

The hotel was cozy and clean. Great accommodations for the price!
I like the local atmosphere around the hotel. Very good local restaurants and street foods.
And most importantly the stuffs here were very helpful and kind.
They gave me a lot of information about neighborhoods.

L'emplacement était idéal pour visiter Ho Chi Minh, dans un quartier calme mais proche des attractions principales. Le personnel et la famille étaient très accueillants et toujours prêts à aider pendant le séjour.
