惜しい
Pros:

店員の対応は良かったです。

Cons:

お風呂の排水の傾斜？が少し悪く洗体後の泡の流れが悪いのでフロアがベタつきます。タオルを多めに引いて対応してくれてますが改善できればグッドです。
男性のカプセルルームの休憩所の空調がかなり弱く熱いです。
なので誰も休憩してないです。

フロント対応は大切ですね！
Pros:

①フロントクローズ前にロッカーキーを館内で紛失してしまいましたが、フロントで男性が感じ良くテキパキと対応してくださいました。業務の合間に解錠してくださった女性もやさしい対応ありがとうございました。
②近くにスーパーやお土産店があり便利でした。（閉店時間が早いので要注意）

Cons:

①チェックイン対応の若い男性が説明後黙っていなくなったので、もうチェックイン終わった？と思い移動していると、何かを取りに行ったようで追いかけてきた。急に不在にならず、もう少し補足の説明が欲しかったです。笑顔もなく最低限の会話だけでした…。疲れを取るために岩盤浴付き宿泊施設を選んだのに残念でした。
②室内着と布団カバーが綿素材でなかったため、岩盤浴後なかなか体温が下がらずなかなか寝付けませんでした…。個室毎で温度調節可能か、小型扇風機があれば良かったです。

Come to yonago beautiful place and the hotel is beautiful as well. I plan to come back.
Pros:

It was very big, and there were so many rooms to relax in, and there was a kitchen where you could eat. As well as being very clean, nd there is no dirt anywhere. In addition, everyone is very respected there.

Cons:

I think the onsen and gym should be included in the hotel price, since you do have to pay for them if you want them. As a non-Japanese person, being able to speak the language proficiently but not fluently is fine for communication, but if you don't know any English, it might be hard.
