아침 저녁으로 목욕탕을 이용할 수 있어 너무 좋았습니다. 공용 로비가 커서 편하게 쉴 수 있었어요.
출입하고 외출할 때 신발장 키와 방키를 교환해야 하는게 번거롭습니다.

ベッドとは別にウォークインスペースがあり、机や椅子が置かれ、とても使い勝手がよかったです。
ベッドサイズも十分広い。月曜日だったのもあってか、日本人客ばかりで、とても静かだった。
ダニに3か所噛まれた。清潔そうだったけれど、ダニ駆除はして頂きたいです。
スタッフさんの対応も親身で説明も丁寧にしてくださいます 設備も清潔で共用の場所も清潔感あります
指定の契約駐車場に自分の車が入れなかったため駐車場無料でなかったです とは言え３時間無料の対応をして頂いています 指定駐車場の高さ制限があり2.1 mです 私の車はルーフキャリアを付けていた分アウトでした

店員の対応は良かったです。
お風呂の排水の傾斜？が少し悪く洗体後の泡の流れが悪いのでフロアがベタつきます。タオルを多めに引いて対応してくれてますが改善できればグッドです。
男性のカプセルルームの休憩所の空調がかなり弱く熱いです。
なので誰も休憩してないです。
施設が充実していたのと、チェックインが２３時過ぎでもできた
