A special thank you to the family who owns and runs the hotel for their warm hospitality and for making us feel so welcome. The entire staff was incredibly kind, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.

The hotel has a lovely, warm atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. Our room was very comfortable, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable – we slept wonderfully!

The restaurant was another highlight of our stay. The food was excellent, beautifully prepared, and the whole dining experience was fantastic.

Everything about our stay felt welcoming and genuine. You can really see how much care and heart the owners and their team put into this place. Thank you to the whole family and staff for making our stay so memorable. We would be very happy to return!

Very clean, everything was new and well maintained. I loved the location; its set in an olive grove but just a walk down to the beach or a 5 minute taxi ride to the old city and downtown. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The food was great; the included breakfast was a nice touch. Our room was gorgeous- i think its the queen deluxe suite and has a view of the olive grove and pool) would love to stay again!

Lovely stone building set in ancient olive groves. Excellent restaurant with a friendly informal vibe. Breakfast on the terrace was a delight. Our eaves room was very spacious with a big comfy bed and good air conditioning.

A hidden gem amongst the olive trees of Valdanos. A warm welcome from the friendly family. Visar, his father and the staff go out of their way to make guests feel at home. There’s a view of the sea, which can be reached after a brisk walk. Those who don’t enjoy walking can cool off in the swimming pool. The rooms are spacious and equipped with every comfort. The restaurant serves delicious local dishes and offers impeccable service. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

A lovely and charming boutique hotel with a fresh, welcoming atmosphere. The hospitable owners go above and beyond to make every guest feel comfortable and at home. The beautiful swimming pool, surrounded by olive trees, is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant offers excellent food in a warm and vibrant atmosphere. A wonderful place to stay, and I would happily return!

Small boutique Band B hotel, food wes excellent, pool area was peaceful amd ple ty of space. Location was quiet and good for a base for exploring. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely renovated farmhouse in the middle of olive trees, barely 10 min drive from Ulcinj. Great location and amazing restaurant on site, extra points for the huge breakfast!

Das hübsche Hotel liegt sehr idyllisch zwischen Olivenbäumen mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Einrichtung ist rustikal und modern zugleich. Ich mag die Optik zwischen Natursteinen und modernen Elementen, alten Olivenbäumen und durchdachtem Interieur.
Das Personal und die Besitzer sind so herzlich.
Auch der Pool ist sehr zu empfehlen, um zu entspannen. Hochwertige und farblich abgestimmte Liegen laden definitiv zum verweilen ein.

Très bel établissement familial de charme au milieu des oliviers multi centenaires, avec un excellent restaurant, qui permet de profiter du coucher de soleil à partir de la terrasse. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et très copieux. Le patron et sa famille sont présents et très attentifs aux besoins des clients. Nous avons même eu la chance de faire un tour en mer sur la bateau du propriétaire qui nous a montré un coin très authentique à la frontière de l’Albanie, avec un très chouette resto plage très local. Nous sommes ravis!

What a place. Just olive trees around you and nothing else.
Beautiful, beautiful place, blending with surrounding nature. Great food and drinks, but most importantly - wonderful staff. They were all so nice and welcoming.
We’ll be back, but this time for an extra few days.
