Pros:

A hidden gem amongst the olive trees of Valdanos. A warm welcome from the friendly family. Visar, his father and the staff go out of their way to make guests feel at home. There’s a view of the sea, which can be reached after a brisk walk. Those who don’t enjoy walking can cool off in the swimming pool. The rooms are spacious and equipped with every comfort. The restaurant serves delicious local dishes and offers impeccable service. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

A special place with a nice vibe set in ancient olive groves.
Pros:

Lovely stone building set in ancient olive groves. Excellent restaurant with a friendly informal vibe. Breakfast on the terrace was a delight. Our eaves room was very spacious with a big comfy bed and good air conditioning.

Cons:

The shower in our room (No. 6) didn’t work properly due to broken parts. We let the hosts know about this so hopefully it will be resolved. The swimming pool was lovely but noise from the kitchen extractors was ever present.

Pros:

A lovely and charming boutique hotel with a fresh, welcoming atmosphere. The hospitable owners go above and beyond to make every guest feel comfortable and at home. The beautiful swimming pool, surrounded by olive trees, is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant offers excellent food in a warm and vibrant atmosphere. A wonderful place to stay, and I would happily return!

Very comfortable small hotel with a very good kitchen.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. The staff and owners were very welcoming.

Cons:

We suggested to the owner that a room fridge would be a significant improvement. He agreed.

Boutique B&B hotel with pool and fantastic restuarant
Pros:

Small boutique Band B hotel, food wes excellent, pool area was peaceful amd ple ty of space. Location was quiet and good for a base for exploring. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great spot in Ulcinj for unique scenery, calm and amazing food
Pros:

Lovely renovated farmhouse in the middle of olive trees, barely 10 min drive from Ulcinj. Great location and amazing restaurant on site, extra points for the huge breakfast!

Cons:

It’s more guest rooms rather than a hotel, very informal setting where everyone is more focused on the restaurant. It’s fine and didn’t bother us at all but we quickly realized that when we arrived and it’s worth mentioning

Quiet, small hotel among olive trees
Pros:

The pool does the job! Olive trees around :) Good restaurant on site.

Cons:

It's not a negative - just remember it's far away from the city centre and the beach, so a car or taxi is a must!

Wer naturnahe Entspannung sucht und familiäre Atmosphäre zu schätzen weiß, wird sich hier sehr wohlfühlen.
Pros:

Das hübsche Hotel liegt sehr idyllisch zwischen Olivenbäumen mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Einrichtung ist rustikal und modern zugleich. Ich mag die Optik zwischen Natursteinen und modernen Elementen, alten Olivenbäumen und durchdachtem Interieur.
Das Personal und die Besitzer sind so herzlich.
Auch der Pool ist sehr zu empfehlen, um zu entspannen. Hochwertige und farblich abgestimmte Liegen laden definitiv zum verweilen ein.

Cons:

Fällt mir spontan nichts ein. Ich wäre gerne länger geblieben.

Hôtel de charme avec service impeccable et excellent restaurant
Pros:

Très bel établissement familial de charme au milieu des oliviers multi centenaires, avec un excellent restaurant, qui permet de profiter du coucher de soleil à partir de la terrasse. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et très copieux. Le patron et sa famille sont présents et très attentifs aux besoins des clients. Nous avons même eu la chance de faire un tour en mer sur la bateau du propriétaire qui nous a montré un coin très authentique à la frontière de l’Albanie, avec un très chouette resto plage très local. Nous sommes ravis!

Cons:

Éviter la plage la plus proche de l’hôtel, il y a des plages beaucoup plus belles à 20 min en voiture

A piece of paradise
Pros:

What a place. Just olive trees around you and nothing else.
Beautiful, beautiful place, blending with surrounding nature. Great food and drinks, but most importantly - wonderful staff. They were all so nice and welcoming.
We’ll be back, but this time for an extra few days.

Pros:

Our stay at Mashtra Olive House was absolutely wonderful. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect place to relax. The restaurant serves delicious food, and every meal was a pleasure.

What made our experience truly special, however, was the incredible hospitality. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible.

A special thank you to Visar, who went above and beyond to ensure we had the highest level of comfort throughout our stay. His attention to detail, kindness, and dedication made a lasting impression on us.

We truly felt at home and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Сделать завтраки более разнообразными. И поставить в номерах хотя бы маленький холодильник.
Pros:

По мне - это один из лучших отелей г. Ульцин. Отличное месторасположение, вдали от городской суеты. В отеле прекрасные номера. Очень вкусные, но не очень разнообразные завтраки. Ресторан великолепной средиземноморской кухни, блюда большие и очень вкусные. Приветливый персонал. Хозяин отеля - прекрасный и общительный человек. Большое спасибо за проведенную неделю в вашем прекрасном отеле.
