السلام عليكم،
أرفع شكواي بسبب سوء التعامل وعدم الاحترافية من موظفة الاستقبال ومشرف الفندق. تواصلت مع الاستقبال في الفترة الظهرية وتم إبلاغي بوجود غرف، وبعد قيامي بالحجز عن طريق بوكينج — رغم أن السعر كان أعلى من سعر الاستقبال — تم رفض دخولي بحجة عدم وجود غرف، وهذا تصرف غير مفهوم ولا يعكس أي احترام للعميل.

الأمر لم يتوقف هنا، بل عند تواصلي مع المشرف تم إنكار حضوري بالكامل وكأني أختلق الموضوع، وهذا أسلوب غير مسؤول ولا يليق بشخص يمثل إدارة فندق. بدل الاعتذار أو محاولة حل المشكلة، تم التعامل معي بطريقة فيها تجاهل وتقليل من العميل.

من المؤسف أن يكون هناك موظفون يتعاملون مع الضيوف بهذا المستوى من الأسلوب، لأن الفندق لا يُقاس فقط بالغرف والخدمات، بل بطريقة احترام الناس والتعامل معهم. واضح أن هناك حاجة لمراجعة أداء الموظفين وتدريبهم على أساسيات خدمة العملاء قبل استقبال أي ضيف.

سيتم رفع الشكوى للجهات المختصة في السياحة، ولن يتم السكوت عن هذا الأسلوب أو تركه يمر بدون متابعة، حفاظًا على حقي كعميل وحفاظًا على مستوى الخدمة المفترض تقديمه
