Pros:

We arrived at the place on 26 March 2026. I was with my family, two seniors, 3 children (1 PWD). We arrived just in time for the check-in. We travelled from Cavite to Vigan just to learn that there was a blackout in the place, and their electricity supply is not enough to have an air conditioner in the room. We talked to them to refund the payments, and we will just transfer to the other hotel in the area. Actually, they understood our reasons and told us that we would be reimbursed, but the problem is that I have not received my reimbursement. It is very disappointing. I can't contact Booking.com either. I hope someone can assist us on this matter immediately since it's been almost three months. Thank you.

Waste of money!!!
Pros:

Aside from having room availability, I couldn't think of anything else that I liked

Cons:

The AC miserably failed to cool the room. The whole establishment suffers from mosquito infestation.

Fresco y silencioso, lo que se necesita en una vibrante y calurosa ciudad
Pros:

Estaba limpio, tenía dispensador de agua en el pasillo y agua caliente en la ducha. Lugar silencioso y fresco. Está cerca de la estación de autobuses y se puede llegar caminando al centro histórico

Cons:

Si bien es cierto que tiene secador de pelo (mucho más de lo que se puede decir de muchos hostales y casas de huéspedes en Filipinas), tienes media hora para usarlo y devolverlo.

A hotel in good location but very basic amenities
Pros:

Staff were really nice.

Cons:

There was no electricity for 12 hours (6AM to 6PM) on the second day of our stay. It was damn hot n humid. The staff had to carry pales of water for guests to use to flash the toilet. No shower until power was restored at 6PM on the day.
