Pros:

Sehr ruhige Lage und das Zentrum von Meran ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück war vielseitig mit viel frischem Obst und Gemüse. Der Pool ist angenehm und erfrischend. Besonders nett war, dass uns sofort angeboten wurde, die Vespas in die Garage zu stellen!

Very very uncomfortable

There is a swimming pool. And the atmosphere is vintage tirolean. Also turtles in the garden!

Forgot to book for my 1 yr old daughter. My bad, no cancellation booking so I contacted the hotel. Hotel didn't respond to my messages. Upon arrival didn't got my room because it was "too small" and was forced to upgrade to a family room for an extra €50. But allright, we needed a place to sleep. Room was under the rafters during the 2026 heatwave. No airco. Baby was struggling to sleep at +30°C. Hotel didn't provide any ventillators, so we were forced to sleep with all doors & windows open, including the hallways. Had to walk up and down the room to provide some air circulation. Then the neighbouring student dorm decided to throw a party so we had to close the balcony door. All in all an incredibly uncomfortable stay. Only good thing was the outdoor swimming pool, so my baby could at least cool down before bedtime.

Bei Ankunft sollten wir die booking com Buchung stornieren. Was eine größere Aktion war .
Warum eigentlich???
Nach Diskussion mit der Rezeption, haben wir das hotel verlassen und das gegenüber genommen .

La colazione veniva proposta solo dalle ore 8.00 alle ore 10.00, solo su insistenza mia (per necessità) si anticipava all’amore 7.30.

Cons:

La poca gentilezza ed accoglienza da parte del personale.
In bagno mancavano amendities come shampoo, cuffia etc etc
