Pros:

Mi-a plăcut absolut tot: locația imobilului, cum se prezintă clădirea și spațiul verde aferent, ospitalitatea gazdei, camera - impecabila, curățenia, ustensile de toate felurile (mașina de spălat haine, fier de calcat haine, filtru cafea (chiar și cafea alaturi), bucătăria dotată complet, baia impecabila! Terasa exterioara cu masa și scaune... Liniște în imobil, liniște afara!

Curățenia, accesul, spațiul generos, facilitățile, parcarea gratuită la locație

Cons:

Drumul de acces lasă mult de dorit.
La bucătărie ar trebui să fie mai multe ceaiuri și cafea și măcar o apă.
La baie ar fi necesare niște căști de duș (care nu sunt o avere).
