Micul dejun, in fiecare zi oua(prajite sau omleta)

Am fost cazată într-o cameră apoi m-au chemat de pe plajă că au făcut încurcătură între camere... Au uitat când am făcut plata pentru rezervare cu toate că plătisem online cu o lună înainte rezervare. Concluzia este că trebuie mai multă organizare pentru că lipsește acest aspect

A reggeli nem svédasztalos, én nem is a la carte. Az általuk megszabott egytáletelt adták. Jól lehet lakni, de kevés a választék.

The room itself was clean and well prepared. However, the extra sleeping arrangement is not a proper bed. In addition to the main double bed, there is a sofa that folds out very close to the floor. It tends to tilt from one end to the other while you’re sleeping, so it’s not very comfortable. This is something to keep in mind if you need accommodation for more than two people.

The shower area had not been properly cleaned. There were dirty footprints and what looked like algae on the floor, as if it hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests.

I was also charged twice for my one-night stay. I paid at the reception upon check-in, but after I had already checked out, the payment was charged again through Booking.com. I have not received a response from the property and am still trying to get the duplicate charge refunded.

- in camera 108 salteaua trebuie schimbata. Este foarte uzata, moale si se simt arcurile. Am dormit atat de prost pe acea saltea in prima seara incat voiam sa schimb hotelul a doua zi. Pana la urma am dormit pe o mica canapea extensibila
- plasa de tantari dinspre balcon spre camera nu se putea fixa, asa ca se tot deschidea si bineinteles intrau tantari in camera :) care nu te lasau sa dormi

Sugestie pentru (noul) proprietar: schimbati saltelele din toate camerele cu unele de calitate. Daca clientii dorm prost, e putin probabil sa recomande hotelul mai departe sau sa reintoarca. Succes

Incercati sa diversificati micul dejun

1. Check in took approx. 1 hour. We had to wait until around 22:30 with 2 kids!!! A bit annoying stuff, specifically receptionist lady.
2. Room was dirty. There were cobwebs in the toilet. Only one small towel was offered for 2 adults + 2 kids.
3. Very poor breakfast. We were served later than locals even we arrived earlier. We requested not to serve with sausages stating we don’t eat pork. The waiter brought us a plate with a bacon instead 🥲. Coffee machine was not working (awful instant coffee were offered as an alternative)
4. Definitely doesn’t worst 560 lei (still regretting for not choosing other options for the same price)
