Good value for money and a very convenient location. The WiFi worked well and there was reliable hot water, which I appreciated during my stay.

I would also like to mention that one member of the staff was especially kind and friendly with me. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but his attitude was noticeably warmer and more welcoming compared to the rest of the staff, who felt much more distant.

Cons:

The hotel itself was fine, but I was very disappointed with how a payment misunderstanding was handled after my departure.

During check-out, the receptionist accepted my keys without informing me that there was still an outstanding balance. As I had multiple hotel bookings during my trip, I genuinely believed this reservation had already been paid. As soon as I was contacted and understood the mistake, I immediately arranged payment.

What I found unacceptable was being called a “scammer” and receiving threatening messages mentioning the police and the airport before I had even had the opportunity to explain the situation or respond properly. A calmer and more professional approach would have been far more appropriate.

I also felt that most of the staff were quite distant throughout my stay. I did not receive any briefing or basic information at check-in. One staff member showed me to my room, but the only thing I was told was the WiFi password after I specifically asked for it. Breakfast was included in my reservation, yet nobody informed me about the breakfast schedule, and because of that I completely missed it on my first morning.

I regret the misunderstanding, but I also believe the reception staff should have handled both the communication and the check-out process more carefully and professionally.

Emplacement idéal si vous voulez prendre la chaloupe pour l'île de Gorée vous pouvez y aller à pied.
Pros:

Le personnel très dévoué et chaleureux. Croissants frais au petit déjeuner : c'est très appréciable.
L'hôtel est très bien situé en plein centre ville nous y avons bien dormis au calme.
Tout était propre : je recommande !

Pros:

Está muy bien situado, en el barrio Plateau, al lado de la plaza de la Independencia, del ferry a Gorée, del tren TER, y de uno de los pocos bares que hay, con buen ambiente y karaoke los sábados.
El personal es amable y se puede pagar con tarjeta.

Cons:

Habitación sucia (con un calzoncillo y cigarro por el suelo), muebles rotos, el agua se sale por el WC, huele a humedad, no hay lamparitas, a veces falta el agua caliente, hay gente durmiendo dentro que fuma...
El desayuno es escaso: café soluble con leche en polvo y un par de croissants. Y en mesas sucias.
Las fotos no se corresponden con lo que es.
Es carísimo para lo que ofrece.

No vale lo que se paga

La ubicación y que fue solo para una noche

Cons:

He viajado muchísimo y entiendo que no puedo esperar los mismos estándares que en Europa pero por el precio en países como este tendría que ser excepcional. La habitación con los muebles rotos, el baño hasta con el grifo sin maneta y suciedad por los rincones. El desayuno un croissant con un nescafé y leche en polvo sin más.
