Disapointed service and Discrimination of the guests...
Cons:

Unfortunately i received the confirmation however once i reached the peoperty they dont have availability.I do understand the check in time is afternoon but Common i cant hold the plain or stay on the street to wait till the time for the check-in,which i totaly understand.
The funny things their were 5 or 6person who was in the same flight and the same hotel ,but they got a place. Is in it discrimination or its just luck for others and not mine.

It was great.
Pros:

The breakfast was basic. There are not enough variety. Also, the starting time (7:30am) is late for those who leave the hotel early for their daily rounds

Cons:

Start breakfast around 6:30 am to cater for those who leave the premises early. Also introduce more variety options to cater for different cultures

Exceptional, English speaking reception staff
Pros:

The staff were exceptional, especially the English speaking staff on the front desk. We had some problems we needed help with and the receptionist during the daytime couldn't have done a better job. Tremendous.

Cons:

There was some building work taking place on another floor so sometimes it was a bit noisy. The choice of food at breakfast was a bit limited.

Pros:

Хороший, уютный отель, прекрасное расположение, очень удобно добираться до центра пешком или на такси. В доме есть отделение банка, где можно поменять деньги, аптека, маленький магазинчик, через дорогу супермаркет. Хорошие европейские завтраки, всё чистенько, вежливый и приятный персонал. Есть отличная большая терраса с прекрасным видом на горы и город. Огромное спасибо всем!

Cons:

Когда выбирала отель, нигде не увидела информацию, что отель расположен в жилом доме на 13 и 14 этажах, есть отдельный лифт, но чтобы спуститься с 13, надо сначала приехать на 14)
