Pros:

It is about an 8‑minute drive from the airport. The hotel is located on the intersection of the airport road and central street. By walking distance, there are coffee shops, food corts, and a few small markets. The hotel is on the 14th floor and has a private elevator. Good breakfast.

Cons:

I experienced poor internet connectivity in my room, possibly due to the walls. However, in the corridor—particularly in the working area located in front of the elevator—the signal was quite good (just near my room).
Overall, the main issue seemed to be with the connection in the room. Both my phone and laptop showed weak connectivity there, and my phone permanently lost it, although the laptop managed to maintain the connection slightly better.

В целом отель не плохой, не смотря на то ,что находятся в жилом доме, персонал приветливый, в номере чисто

Cons:

Не очень понравился завтрак, воду и бумагу туалетную приходилось постоянно просить, на 3 человека давали 1 рулон на сутки, остальное платно, сделали позднее выселение сразу при въезде, однако после 12 часов не смогли по карточке зайти в номер, с утра ходили возле ресепшена, и никто не предупредил даже, документы попросили подготовить сразу при заселении, но пришлось ждать их в день выселения. При всем при этом трижды выключали свет, и воду, один раз прям надолго.

AYNI.. GREAT PLACE TO STAY
Pros:

Great people.. All at reception were so helpful.. Seven Stars to Fakhriddin and all who were so very helpful... Loved my stay... Wonderful breakfast... Fantastic location.
