Pros:

L'accueil super. Des personnes adorables. Placé dans une petite rue bien au calme. Nous avons prolongé dune nuit.

Cons:

Un verre de plus dans la salle de bains, ce serait bien. Sinon ras.

Отличное местоположение, не первая линия перед оживленной дорогой. В номере тихо. Персонал заботливый и вежливый. Они очень милые! Рядом целых 2 WinMart и множество заведений. До потрясающих морских видов 20 минут прогулочным шагом и минут 10 обычным. Очень удобное место.

Cons:

К сожалению, есть детали, которые нужно огласить. Для меня эти факторы не самые критичные, но многим может не понравиться и просто оставляет не самое приятное впечатление у гостей, особенно европейцев.
Окна с грязными разводами и пылью.
Телевизор выглядит так, будто в него плевали и очень давно не протирали.
Полотенца хоть и выстираны, но их пора заменить на новые, поскольку имеются въевшиеся пятна, которые сложно не заметить.
В углах под потолком расположена паутина. Хорошо, что без пауков.
Я очень надеюсь, что хозяева этого хорошего отеля прочитают это и примут замечания к сведению и исправят эти недочёты. Тогда это будет не просто хорошее, а отличное место для отдыха. Желаю этому отелю исключительно благоприятного развития и процветания.

Pros:

La signora che la gestisce è davvero una persona gentile e propensa ad aiutarti in tutti i modi che le sono possibili: 10 e lode!!

Cons:

La porta di ingresso ha una parte a vetri da cui entra troppa luce durante la notte perché la luce del pianerottolo è sempre accesa.

Friendly and helpful owner.
Pros:

The property is near Ha Long Seafood Market, Vincom Plaza and bay walk where you can see the Ha Long Bay rocks. One can also rent a motorcyle from the hotel without any hassle. Very friendly people and always going the extra mile to help.

Cons:

Dusts on the floor.
