The beds were very comfortable and the AC hits you as you enter the room (in a good cold way). The beds have a fan which is nice. I like that there are curtains for privacy. The owner was very nice and she is also a travel agent so you can book other things with her as well.
It is right next to a morning announcements speaker thing that is really loud and woke me up. It starts very early in the morning. Not sure how long it lasts as I would usually fall back asleep shortly after. Unlike the room there is no AC in the public area so its pretty hot in there which bothered me every time I left I wont lie.

After a tiring flight, this was such a comfortable place to rest and recharge. The room was cozy and perfect for slow days, staying in, and just relaxing.

La dueña fue muy amable en todo momento.
Hay que subir cuatro pisos por unas escaleras bastante estrechas y todo está bastante desordenado.

Purtroppo le foto non corrispondono affatto alla realtà, ero allibita quando sono entrata nell'ostello. Non ti danno neanche l'asciugamano e non si presenta come un posto accogliente. Onestamente non è stata una bella esperienza
La proprietaria è gentilissima e ci ha anche aiutato a prenotare la gita sulla baia di Ha Long. Posizione comoda in città vicini a tutto e soprattutto se si fanno gite perché i driver riescono a venire a prenderti.
Kind staff, they didn't mind my little bit earlier check-in and a little bit later check-out. The room seems as in the pictures, at least on the first sight...
If you're looking for an accommodation that is gonna feel clean, do not book. It's ok for max 2 nights stay but not more. Surfaces such as fan, photo frames and even shelves were covered with a thick and visible layer of dust. I don't mind older and quite used room equipment but how much time does it take to wipe surfaces? Not much, right...
I wonder if the bed linens were clean... I couldn't get rid of the feeling I can smell sweat from someone else. Therefore it wasn't even comfy.

Alojamiento familiar acogedor. La señora nos ayudó en todo y nos gestionó el crucero y todo lo que necesitamos.
Baño pequeño
The location was great, very convenient. The bedroom and bed itself were clean and comfortable. AC worked well too. The owner kindly gave us towels and a water bottle upon arrival.
It would’ve been a nice touch to have body wash/ soap provided in the shared bathroom.
