Emplacement
Pros:

Très bon emplacement. Le personnel était charmant, la chambre confortable. Nous avons pu laisser nos valises à la réception après le check-out.

Cons:

Nous avons trouvé une punaise de lit et du mucus nasal sur le mur. Propreté globale correcte.

Parfait pour passer une voir deux nuit à Hanoï
Pros:

La propriétaire a été aux petits soins pour nous. Elle nous a même fait le change à un bon taux, nous a gardé nos bagages toute la journée après le check out et nous a permis de prendre une douche et se changer avant de prendre le train de nuit pour Sapa

Pros:

酒店位置不错，就在老街的一条巷子里，旁边就有便利店，房间提供了基本的洗漱用品，还有小冰箱放饮料，就是饮用水需要自己购买，小阳台能够晾晒换洗衣服这个我很满意。

Cons:

入住之前，通过booking沟通无法得到老板的回复，到达酒店后，老板也经常找不到人，需要通过手机软件沟通，这让我的入住略为不便，同时，房间稍显昏暗，让我略有不适，房间床太软，睡觉的时候把我紧紧的裹起来，又热又闷，这个很难受。

Would stay here again!
Pros:

Cozy family room, amazing location short walk to the lake and good wifi. The host was amazing, so helpful for organising al travel needs.

Cons:

The stairs were super steep, but we didn’t mind this.

Établissement très bien en plein cœur d’Hanoï
Pros:

L’établissement était très bien situé, j’ai eu une chambre supérieure car il y avait un problème avec la clim de l’autre chambre donc on m’a déplacé dans un autre bâtiment. Mais ça ne m’a pas posé de problème, et j’ai pu avoir ma propre salle de bain ! La chambre était propre et bien entretenue

Cons:

Le seul point un peu négatif, et que c’est dans une ruelle très étroite et que l’escalier est très raide et j’étais au cinquième étage… de plus, j’ai pu voir une autre chambre où le plafond était vraiment très bas, donc cela peut poser problème pour certaines personnes.

Nice place in the old quarter
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and the AC hits you as you enter the room (in a good cold way). The beds have a fan which is nice. I like that there are curtains for privacy. The owner was very nice and she is also a travel agent so you can book other things with her as well.

Cons:

It is right next to a morning announcements speaker thing that is really loud and woke me up. It starts very early in the morning. Not sure how long it lasts as I would usually fall back asleep shortly after. Unlike the room there is no AC in the public area so its pretty hot in there which bothered me every time I left I wont lie.

Great stay!

Purtroppo le foto non corrispondono affatto alla realtà, ero allibita quando sono entrata nell'ostello. Non ti danno neanche l'asciugamano e non si presenta come un posto accogliente. Onestamente non è stata una bella esperienza
