Charming moon was a great location in the centre of everything. We only stayed 1 night and it was perfect for what we were after, group of 3 adults and 3 kids, we had 2 rooms on 1 level of the hotel so it worked very well for us. For a short stay it ticks all the boxes.
The rooms were incredibly hot when we checked in; would have been very uncomfortable if we had planned to stay in the room, however we were able to use a key card to keep the aircon on while we headed out and upon our return the rooms had cooled to a comfortable level. We stayed during a heat wave so obviously this was a factor but easily overcome by leaving the air on.
As the third time we come in hanoi in the Charming moon hotel, the personal is still very professional and attentive.
The room is very clean and practical.
The hotel is perfectly located in the old town but it is very quiet.
We highly recommand it!!

Location was everything and this was just perfect! Close to all the popular attractions within walking distance. The receptionist was lovely and gave us many tips for food and must see places. Would stay again.

The balcony room that I stayed in was attractive and the bed was comfortable. Good hot shower and toiletries. Daily water was provided. The balcony was the bonus, I could watch the street below in the Old Town, fascinated. The location is ideal. Jay on reception was very chill and full of information when asked.

It can be a little noisy on the street below, but that’s part of the charm, and quiets down after 10 pm.
