The stay was peaceful.

Location is okay and the facility is clean.

Cons:

Fraudulent behaviour , extortion. Paid for a standard double room, but a single room was offered. The bathroom is offensively too small. The tiles in the bathroom floor are the wrong ones for a bathroom; they are very slippery and could cause a fatal accident.

Poor reception, different pictures from what you see online, tight rooms, AC not chilling.
Pros:

No breakfast was served at the hotel, the picture of the hotel on booking.com is not the actual way the hotel looks.

Cons:

The receptionist and manager are very rude and customer service is zero. I can't recommend the hotel for my enemy.

It was a terrible experience, I don't wish that for anyone that wants peace of mind.

The hotel should even be rated below 1. They don't deserve any rating. I made a reservation and I was keeping them posted on my arrival. On getting to the there, for no reason they refused to give me a room, I was delayed for over 5 hours till midnight I was stranded with no place to go because other hotels were already fully booked. IEven if I just wanted to manage the little room i was shown, yet they stressed the living hell out of me and my family. If you like your sanity, avoid making reservations at that hotel, it shouldn't even be listed on booking.com for customer's peace of mind. Even the pictures on booking.com is not the picture of the hotel. Very inhumane bunch of staff.
