I would choose a different location. Far.
Pros:

we liked the price, and that it was silent at night.

Cons:

The apartment was not clean when we arrived. Had to wait and waste half of the day trip to wait for the cleaning service that we requested. I was shocked regarding the lack of cleanliness even for western standards. However the host was pretty quickly answering and in the end the stay was ok for the money. We also had to request a broom which i would have expected by default for such a long stay. There are no restaurants or cafes nearby and only Life supermarket at 10 min walk which was useful. Overall it was decent and booking compensated our day. would not come back tho. Thank you.

Pros:

设备齐全，居住方便，交通便利，性价比高，附近比较安静，非常适合旅游居住的民宿

Cons:

房间卫生打扫的不干净（在床柜里面看到了上一个客人的头发和头皮屑以及遗留下来的垃圾）
卫生间的厕纸没有及时更换，卫生间的厕纸里面挂的两卷厕纸都只剩下两三张左右。

Cons:

Şimdi daha öncede buna benzer bir evde kalmıştım ama orası daha temizdi . 6 gece kaldım Evin temizliği 10/6 yatak temizliği 10/5 . Temizlik maalesef kötüdü . Ev sahibide gerekli yardımı göstermiyor . İnternet çok kötü gidip geliyor . Kısacası böyle bir yer çok ucuzsa kiralayın değilse gerek yok .

非常滿意的住宿經驗，超級喜歡。
Pros:

各項設備齊全，房間內有冰箱，微波爐，電磁爐，洗衣機，陽台，浴缸，吹風機等，使用非常方便，由成田機場入境坐電車到京成電鐵上野站，最後在春日站轉三田線，坐到板橋本町站下車，由A4出口上來右轉走一段路見到加油站右轉，這就是富士見町道路，再見到千葉金屬招牌，立即左轉，走20公尺右轉，即可見到板橋本町。
