Lovely hotel in an excellent location with very helpful staff.
Pros:

Location is outstanding, right next to the Piazza del Campo but down a quieter side street. Couldn’t hope for better.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning. I was there in July and it was VERY hot. However, they gave me a fan, which is the next best thing.

Highly recommend this lovely albergo in great location
Pros:

I love this albergo. The family running it is very nice and helpful. I learned that they are artists who made all the wooden art displayed around the place. The place is clean and I was taken care of.

Cons:

Unfortunately you can hear the birds in the campo make screeching noises but the location and friendly family surpasses this minor thing.

Cons:

My check-in was more complicated than it needed to be. I arrived after 19:00 and the reception was, reasonably enough, closed. However without some instructions or someone to phone, I couldn’t get in. The website phone number was ‘unobtainable’. It took 45 minutes, the help of two local residents and some ingenuity for me to gain access. The staff were perfectly nice about it the next morning but really, given the stress and inconvenience, a more heartfelt apology was in order.

Natürlich die Nähe zum Piazza del Campo, die familiäre Atmosphäre - alle absolut nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen in der Osteria ist der Hammer, beste Hausmannskost zu besten Preisen.

Cons:

Nachts teilweise etwas laut was due Geräuschkulisse bon der Strasse her angeht, das können die Gastgeber natürlich nicht beeinflussen.

Awesome stay in the heart of Siena, great staff, & restaurant.
Pros:

Great little family run hotel with a super location. Near the city center. Sara and Simone were very nice and helpful. I absolutely encourage anyone who stays here to have a meal or two in the restaurant downstairs. Everything was great and I know the locals eat here. Sara and Simon assisted in getting me taxi service as well.

Cons:

Some city noise at night but that is to be expected when you’re staying in the heart of a city/ town.

Pros:

It's a good, family run locanda. It has its own trattoria with everyday Iyalian food. The prices a very reasonable. A bonus is that it has a central location, next door to Siena's Palazzo Pubblico.

Cons:

I've been here twice before. It's perfect for me. I can't think of anything I don't like about it.

Excellent Location right on the Piazza Del Campo, amazing location for single travelers.
Pros:

This location is probably the best you could get in Siena. You are literally right next to the main square you are less than one minute away from the Piazza Del Campo. Maybe 15 seconds. The owners are very kind and the place has a lot of character. I highly recommend this location for single travelers.
