My stay was clean, comfortable and memorable. It made Florence that much more enjoyable.
Pros:

Suites are conveniently located outside of the Duomo and in walking distance of all attractions and train station.

Cons:

I loved everything about my stay.

The location and room was great but the place was let down by unfriendly staff and hidden fees

The location and the room was great

Cons:

Surprise extra costs not included in the booking fee - we were informed after booking that linen and towels were an additional fee of 15 euros and 8 euros per set per person respectively.

The hotel had endless rules for checkin, making arrival very stressful - staff were not friendly, continuously called us to ask where we were (even though we provided updates within their rules) and were overall unhelpful.

Excellent view and good AC
Pros:

The view is amazing. I believe that this is the best room you can find in the whole of Florence, a wonderful view, comfortable bed, good WiFi, with good and working air conditioning, friendly staff and a very good price for such an excellent room. I personally really recommend it

Flott sted! Neste gang booker vi rommene i 4. etasje.
Pros:

Perfekt beliggenhet og deilige, store luftige rom.

Cons:

Tullete å ta seg ekstra betalt for håndklær og sengetøy per person. Bedre at prisen heller er høyere for da slipper man som kunde føle seg lurt og at prisen kun er et lokketilbud.

Everything is perfect and I would highly recommend this place.
Pros:

The location is perfect. I can see Duomo as soon as I get out of the door. It was very quiet during the night even though it is at the central location. The host was very nice and met us when we got there. The place is clean and cozy.

Pros:

Está en el mismo centro y puedes ir caminando a todos los sitios, pero lo realmente increíble es que a pesar de eso es silencio, las camas son grandes y confortables y el mobiliatio y la decoración muy modernos. Fue como estar en un hotel pero con la intimidad de casa. Realmente excelente y recomendable.

Pros:

The location is amazing, great view from the balcony of the Duomo and the room is very nice and spacious

Cons:

It was difficult to find the hotel at first. The lady who worked there and showed us the room did not speak English so it was hard to communicate but we managed with technology. Checking in an hour early when the room is already clean should not cost an additional $20 euros. I understand it’s the policy but she could have waived the fee.
