Pros:

Location is excellent with view of the duomo from the balcony, staff very friendly, good door on the balcony so it’s quiet at night

Cons:

The safe is too small for a laptop and isn’t screwed to anything to the whole thing could be stolen.

Perfect
Pros:

It was the most beautiful experience for us. The apartment is in the city center, everything can be reached by walking. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The cleanliness was excellent and the staff assisted us with any other needs we had.
Check in and check out were very easy. We enjoyed our stay so much that we preferred staying in the apartment rather than outside.
Finally, I recommend it and would gladly return there

Extremely helpful staff and perfect location!
Pros:

Lena was so helpful and went out of her way to make our stay extra special. The location is perfect - right next to the Duomo, walking distance to everything, lots of lovely and bars and restaurants nearby, carrefour express opposite. Very comfortable bed and all very clean!

Cons:

The only slight negative is that there is no view from the studio apartment on 1st floor but you only have to walk out of the door and the beautiful Duomo is right in front of you!

Beautifully renovated, great location.

Cons:

A little noisy from the street (we were on the first floor). There was only one pillow each- I would have loved 2 but this is a very small personal point.
