Super miejsce nad jeziorem
Pros:

Świetne miejsce - lokalizacja w fajnej, turystycznej części Mrągowa - zaraz obok amfiteatru. Mieliśmy świetny pokój typu de lux z przepięknym widokiem na jezioro z dwóch stron. W pokoju bardzo czysto i do tego przestronnie. Niewątpliwym atutem hotelu jest bliskość jeziora i własny pomost tuż przy hotelu. Również bardzo blisko znajduje się dosyć fajne i strzeżone kąpielisko i generalnie większość atrakcji typu kramy, knajpy, itp.

Cons:

Trafiliśmy na mega upały - klimatyzacja w pokoju byłaby na pewno pomocna. Tym niemniej wiedziałem z opisu pokoju, że jej nie ma, więc oczywiście nie odejmuje nic z oceny 10/10 :) Jedynie drobna sugestia co można by jeszcze ulepszyć. Dodatkowo raz kiedy chcieliśmy zjeść w hotelowej restauracji był akurat jakiś event grillowy i okazało się, że była zamknięta nieco wcześniej, niż to było zadeklarowane w godzinach otwarcia, natomiast równoważy to z kolei sytuacja, że innym razem udało nam się zamówić kolację już właściwie po zamknięciu restauracji.

Pros:

Lokalizacja hotelu w zacisznym miejscu, blisko amfiteatru nad samym jeziorem. Smaczne i urozmaicone śniadanie. Hotel posiada własną restaurację. Dojazd dobrze oznakowany.

Lokalizacja przy samym jeziorze. Śniadanie - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie . I to tyle plusów.

Cons:

Łazienka, zwłaszcza brodzik z niebieską plamą po czymś co się wylało. Komuś to za prawie 1000 zł dla dwóch osób ,za noc udostępnia pokój powinno być wstyd . Pokój standard kolonijny, duszno . Słychać całe życie sąsiedzkie na zewnątrz. Nie polecam
