This is my 3rd time to stay here in the past 2 years so goes without saying that i like it here very much.
Everything was excellent during our stay
I personally believe that people are what matter the most, they can make or break a business so my favorite thing here is “THE STAFF”
Everyone from the reception team to the housekeeping manager “Mr. Samir” goes above and beyond to help in any way to make our stay even more enjoyable.
I got early check-in very smoothly without any fuss

it’s a 10 : 15 minutes walk to Haram gates depending on your pace of walking
The entire hotel smells amazing and there are like 4 fast elevators so getting around even right before prayer is easily enough
All in all, my experience with them has been smooth, enjoyable and exceeded my expectations in every possible way

The hotel was clean. No smell at all. The beds were comfortable. Reasonably priced value for money.
The staff were very good and the staff came all the way to our room to ask is everything was alright which I thought was very nice and like other hotel they will phone you and ask is everything alright. I want to stay with my family in this hotel in Ramadan 2026. Many Thanks to you all.
Nothing Dislike
I did not benefit from the property and when I asked for renumeration, it was not approved. I stayed in the accommodation for less than 2 hours but I paid almost 150 us dollars for that.
