We had a wonderful stay at Emar Andalusia Hotel in Makkah. The staff were extremely helpful, polite, and considerate throughout our stay.

From the manager, Amar Anas, to the duty manager, Saif, and our room attendant, Musharraf, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality really stood out.

This is honestly one of the best hotels, with one of the best teams, we have experienced in years. We highly recommend Emar Andalusia and will definitely be coming back on our next visit to Makkah.

I really loved the Emaar Andalusia location.
It’s only about a 10-minute walk to Gate 79 of Masjid Al Haram, which made going for prayers so easy and convenient.
Special thanks to the receptionist ladies أثير عبدالله and حصه الشريف.
They were very kind, helpful, and had open minds. Their service made our stay much more comfortable.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone doing Umrah.

Cons:

I appreciated the location of Emaar Andalusia.
It is only 10 minutes walking to Gate 79 of Masjid Al Haram, which was very convenient.
However, I was not happy with room 1201.
1. The room was on the 12th floor, very hot, and had no windows so air was poor.
2. The room is right next to the cleaning staff room, and there was a lot of noise early in the morning when cleaning started.
3. The hotel only provides breakfast, no dinner option. This was very difficult for us as a family.
I hope the hotel can improve room ventilation and noise issues, and consider dinner options for guests in future.

المسافة 10 دقائق مشي فقط إلى بوابة 79 في المسجد الحرام وكانت مريحة جداً.

ولكن لم أكن راضية عن الغرفة 1201.
1. الغرفة في الدور 12 وكانت حارة جداً ولا يوجد بها نوافذ والتهوية ضعيفة.
2. الغرفة بجانب غرفة عمال النظافة وكان هناك إزعاج وضوضاء في الصباح الباكر عند بدء التنظيف.
3. الفندق يوفر الإفطار فقط ولا يوجد عشاء. كان هذا صعباً علينا كعائلة.

شكر خاص للموظفات في الاستقبال: أثير عبدالله وحصة الشريف، كانوا لطيفات ومتعاونات جداً.

أتمنى من الفندق تحسين التهوية وتقليل الضوضاء في الغرف، والنظر في توفير وجبة العشاء للنزلاء مستقبلاً.

التنبيه على الاخوه المعتمرين من الجاليه المصريه الحرص على عدم ازعاج المجاورين لهم بغرف الفندق وذلك بعدم التحدث على الهاتف بين الغرف ومن أراد التحدث على الهاتف ان يكون داخل الغرفه او تحت ف الاستقبال هناك مكان مناسب للجلوس وأخذ راحة المقيم .

A very small room. They have 3 bed in a room was very uncomfortable. Was unable to move around our luggage. Was unable to go to the last bed. I heard they have big room as well but they will give you according to your passport I guess. Broken shower. Not much facilities. Wasn't clean

Pros:

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to Masjid al-Haram. It is only around an 8–10 minute walk, which made it very convenient, especially with children.

I would also like to give special thanks to MD. Abu Saied from housekeeping. He was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. He made sure my children’s room was cleaned every day and regularly asked if they needed anything. His care and attention made our stay much more comfortable.He is a real credit to the hotel, and I truly appreciate everything he did for us.


Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and were very happy with the service and location. InshaAllah, we will definitely be returning!
