Pros:

Camera a fost ok, pat confortabil.

Cons:

La recepție tarifele sunt semnificativ mai mici decât suma achitata pe booking, cu toate discounturile de nivel de client. Chiar daca am semnalat situația la recepție am rămas cu teapa luata .... In camera nu functiona AC iar in baie se simțea un miros neplăcut de canalizare. Mic dejun slab, personal neimplicat.

S-a organizat un botez la parterul hotelului, despre care noi nu am fost anunțați, ne-am confruntat cu această situație în momentul în care am ajuns la locație. Cel puțin , ne-am fi așteptat la un email sau un SMS din partea conducerii hotelului , prin care să ne anunțe că nu avem nici o șansă să ne odihnim până la ora 03.00, în acea noapte, sau să avem posibilitatea de a ne alege un alt hotel în ultimul moment.
Nici vorbă de așa ceva.. sunt oameni foarte neserioși și iresponsabili, după 1800 de kilometri parcurși, doar asta ne mai lipsea.
Deci, în conseciință, să nu vă așteptați la seriozitate din partea Hotelului Transilvania din Zalău.
