Pros:

Struttura moderna, pulita con stanze spaziose e silenziose.
Piscina curata e ben attrezzata. Personale molto disponibile e cortese, nonostante la nostra partenza prevista prima dell’inizio del servizio della colazione, sono stati gentilissimi nel servirci il caffè e dei croissant.

Cons:

Il servizio bar della piscina inizia alle 17:00, sarebbe utile averlo attivo in qualsiasi momento dell’apertura della piscina.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Der Strand war sehr schön und in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen.
Das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen.
Der Wunsch nach einem Topper auf der harten Matratze wurde umgehend erfüllt.

Cons:

Der Fön im Badezimmer ist einfach ganz schlecht und extrem unhandlich. Schade, dass wir nicht unseren eigenen dabei hatte. Das Licht auf dem Balkon hat nicht funktioniert.

A nice enough hotel but a disppointing "resort"
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, the pool area was very nice and the restaurant and breakfast facilities were to a good standard. We had a large room with a lovely spacious covered balcony area

Cons:

Sadly the location of the hotel did not suit us. We were disappointed with Costa Rei and it wasn't a beach "resort" that met our expectations at all. The hotel's position at one end of the area means that without a car there is really nothing much to see or do other than use the hotel's pool and beach

Für 1 Nacht war es ok für uns, aber Preis/Leistung passt nicht.
Pros:

Personal am Frühstücksbuffet war sehr nett.

Cons:

Empfang/Reception könnte freundlicher sein. Kein „herzliches Willkommen“ oder Erklärung, wo es zum Strand geht…..
1 kostenlose Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer wäre angebracht.
