Pros:

Starý dům, ale pokoje pěkné a čisté. Klid a přitom lokalita u centra.

Cons:

Po setmění vylézají švábi na ulicích i na dvoře domu, ale v pokojích nejsou.

Soulless accommodation just in the Old Town.
Pros:

Located just in the Old Town, near the start of the path to Mt Tampa. Didn't seem to be any other guests and neighbours were quiet. There is a small sitting area outside, with a view of the mountain.

Cons:

Absentee landlord who was annoyed that I rang him. No refrigerator. Stupid door locking system, only seen it in Brasov after 6 weeks in Romania. Is it really a guesthouse if the owner is never there?
