Pros:

Sam is kind and supportive. Even though I arrived late at night . He still came for me and handed over the keys.

Comfortable for an overnight stayover.
Pros:

Friendly staff, very big rooms. The bed was comfortable. The host was very responsive and communicative.

Cons:

A bit far from things. Both rooms had a slight pipe smell. In one of them in the bathroom and the other with the aircon on.

Hosts were brilliant and very welcoming, great cheap stay for attending a wedding nearby
Pros:

Amazing hosts, very prompt with any questions we had. Air conditioning and a fan was a big plus for us brits trying to hide from the midday heat. Location was perfect for us as only 10 minuet tuktuk ride away from the wedding we were attending.

Cons:

Given the price everything was as expected, bit rough around the edges but nothing to write home about

Trop isolé et restauration peu aisée
Pros:

Accueil sympathique, logement spacieux et bien équipé.

Cons:

Quartier totalement isolé, pas de restauration possible en proximité, pas de petit déjeuner proposé...il faut vraiment venir avec vos courses alimentaires...et à 20-30 minutes de l'aéroport comme du centre.
Logement en rez-de-chaussée sans ouverture/fenêtre.

Excellent stay !!!
Pros:

It was a so good that I manage to find that property, located in residential area with calm environment, even all necessary items are available in walkable distance. Host is very caring for guests and happy to help always. I definitely recommend this place.

Cons:

Nothing to be mentioned.

Un bon pied-à-terre pour un séjour à a Chennai
Pros:

Qualité de l'accueil et clarté des instructions.
Situation dans une impasse en retrait des grands axes.
20 à 30 minutes de taxi tôt le matin pour arriver à l'aéroport.
Équipements et propreté corrects.
Présence et disponibilité de l'employée chargée lors de notre séjour.

Cons:

A partager avec d'autres résidents eventuels pas toujours propres et discrets (bruit)

Excellent and friendly staff (5💛)! Terrible apocalyptic city (5☠️)
Pros:

The owners and staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful people ever. Earnest and willing to help out. All my best to them 💛

The property didn’t have bugs, and it didn’t smell of burning trash or sewer (which is not always the case in India!)

Cons:

It’a a clean enough fully functioning building. It’s just located in Chennai, the most depressive trash-filled concrete wasteland I’ve ever been to as a 10+ year full-time traveler

Ci siamo trovati super bene!
Pros:

La nostra stanza era spaziosa e pulita, dotata di acqua calda e carta igienica. È presente una lavatrice e un terrazzo dove poter stendere la biancheria. Le zone comuni sono accoglienti e confortevoli. I proprietari e lo staff sono davvero gentili e disponibili, è proprio un friendlystay!

Struttura consigliata come punto di appoggio da/per l'aeroporto e per la gentilezza dei proprietari.
Pros:

Camera spaziosa e tranquilla, lenzuola pulitissime, bagno perfettamente funzionante, presenza di bollitore e stoviglie in spazio comune. I proprietari della struttura sono stati molto gentili e collaborativi, soddisfando ogni mia richiesta e agevolando il mio soggiorno. Molto gentile anche lo staff. Posizione ottima per l'aeroporto, non per visitare la città.

Cons:

Difficoltà a regolare l'AC e ventilatore. Asciugamani sintetici. Tragitto molto lungo per arrivare in centro città.

Pros:

オーナーのSamさんはとっても親切で優しいです。チェンナイの空港まで送迎を頼みましたが、サインボードに名前を書いて迎えにきてくれたので、安心して空港からホテルまでスムーズに行けました。ホテルはとっても静かで名前のとおりフレンドリーでよく眠れました。頼んだら、バスターミナルまでも英語は話せない友人ですが、安くタクシーを手配してくれました。
