Zelo zadovoljni z nastanitvijo, priporočamo.

Pros:

Location of the hotel is great, 5 min walk from the historic centre. Rooms are very comfortable, breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly and accommodating! They helped us book a taxi to the airport as well as an awesome Colca canyon day trip. They even allowed part of our group to check in very early (~6am), free of charge.

nous ne conseillons pas cet établissement surtout si vous voulez être au calme la nuit.

l emplacement proche du centre , l espace de la chambre, la propreté de la chambre,

Cons:

pas de luminosité dans la chambre et pas de chauffage malgré notre demande, fenêtre de salle de bain toujours ouverte à 3m de hauteur que nous avions demandé à fermer et qu'ils n ont pas voulu, les prestations annoncées sur Booking non présentes (blanchisserie) Suite Junior et pourtant proche de rue et aucune isolation des bruits toute la nuit.

Hotel raccomandato per soggiornare ad Arequipa. Centrale e ottima pulizia.
Pros:

La stanza era molto pulita e provvista di asciugami e asciugacapelli. Cambio biancheria quotidiano e staff accogliente e disponibile. Ottima colazione e ottima posizione. Essendo situato in centro, si può visitare la città a piedi.

Gute Lage, Zimmer grosszügig und alles vorhanden, nettes Personal, sehr zentral

Cons:

Fenster in der Superiorsuite geht in einen überdachten geschlossenen Innenhof der von jedem von der Rezeption aus einsehbar ist und kann deswegen kaum geöffnet werden. Kein natürliches Licht.
Kein Wasserkocher/Kaffee-Tee-Zubehör
Sehr laute Strasse
Der Innenhof ist nicht der, der auf den Fotos vermittelt wird sondern ist sehr klein und komplett überdacht

Posizione centralissima e comoda.

Personale. Sempre disponibile nell'aiutarvi nel. Chiamare servizio taxi per aereoporto etc.

Pulizia impeccabile e acqua calda.

I letti erano comodissimi.

Nulla da dire .

Magari suggerirei di dare più indipendenza agli ospiti per il rientro notturno senza dover suonare il campanello.

L'emplacement magnifique et aussi le personnelle très gentil
Pros:

L’ensemble du personnel était charmant. Que ce soit le personnel chargé de l’entretien, de la sécurité, de l’accueil. Une mention particulière pour les managers qui sont à l’écoute de leurs clients et sont capables d’adapter des solutions au dernier moment

Pros:

The location is great, close enough to walk to many of the amazing restaurants in Arequipa. The room was small but comfortable with a hot shower. The staff helped us a lot with planning our trip to Colca Canyon! We wanted to go independently but were having trouble deciding on a route. He mapped an out a route for us that was much better than the one we had chosen and booked the tourist bus which allowed us to stop and see some great sights along the way. Thanks to him we had a great 3 day hike in Colca Canyon!

Cons:

The padlock on the front door required us to wake him every time we came and left.

Zimmer war sehr ruhig gelegen, Lage perfekt um Arequipa zu erkunden, und das Frühstück hat unseren Anforderungen perfekt erfühlt! Das Hotel haben wir noch dazu zu einem top Preis gebucht! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Localização excelente, fácil acesso e perto de vários restaurantes. Quarto confortável e com um tamanho muito bom. Café da manhã bom e terraço com vista para o vulcão Misti.

Cons:

O chuveiro, embora estivesse quente, espirrava água para todos os lados, mas isso é só uma questão de manutenção.

Buona struttura in posizione strategica. Personale sempre disponibile. Grazie ad Matteo della reception e a Diego della manutenzione, per aver risposto puntualmente alle nostre esigenze.
L’hotel offre di una pulizia ottima, ovviamente il cambio degli asciugamani veniva eseguito regolarmente e inoltre rifornivano il kit dell’igiene personale ogni giorno. La posizione era abbastanza strategica, le attrazioni principale erano all’incirca alla medesima distanza.
