Total dezamăgitor!
Pros:

Poziția relativ aproape de punctele de atracție

Cons:

Hotelul oferă condiții de cazare dezamăgitoare. În camere nu exista un dulap, o masa sau măcar un scaun. Mobilierul este învechit, în camera în care au dormit copii, frigiderul era total insalubru. Ascensorul nu are ușa interioară, iar în deplasare privești pereții dintre etaje. Micul dejun din prima zi a fost, cum am citit într-o altă recenzie, nu foarte diversificat și a început după ora 8 ( fusesem informați că micul dejun este între orele 8, 00 și 10,00 și de aceea nu ne-a deranjat). Am solicitat schimbarea camerei în care au dormit copiii cu alta dar după ce am văzut igrasia de pe pereții noii camere oferite am ales să o păstrăm pe prima primită. Am primit camere la etajul 5 și deoarece hotelul era gol am solicitat sa primim camere la un etaj inferior dar am fost refuzați spunânduni-se ca urmează să vină un grup mai mare, ceea ce s-a și întâmplat. Revenind la micul dejun am constatat ca în ziua următoare felurile de mâncare erau mult mai diversificate și servirea a început mult mai devreme. Grupul nu a stat decât două zile și în ultima zi, înainte de plecare am avut neplăcuta surpriză sa constatam ca s-a revenit la un mic dejun sărăcacios, servit foarte târziu, completat cu felii de pâine rămase tăiate din ziua precedentă .
Pozele de pe Booking nu corespund realității de moment, sunt poze extrem de vechi. În camera nu se face curățenie din nu se schimba prosoapele. Suportul pentru hârtia igienică se afla sub chiuvetă, umăr scaunul de wc. se afla în cabina de duș.

Pros:

The hotel is in an amazing location, right in the center of Istanbul, with bazaars all around. The Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia are only about a 5-minute walk away, and there is also a tram station nearby that can take you basically anywhere around the city.
The hotel staff were amazing, especially the owner, who was extremely kind and helpful. We would also like to mention the lovely older gentleman at the reception, who was always very friendly and welcoming. We had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay! As a group of four girls traveling together, we felt very safe, comfortable, and relaxed throughout our entire stay. The area around the hotel also felt very safe, even when walking around, which was really important to us.

Kedves személyzet, tiszta szobák és remek elhelyezkedés – teljes mértékben elégedettek voltunk
Pros:

Nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállással. A személyzet rendkívül kedves, segítőkész és barátságos volt, minden kérésünkben készséggel segítettek. A szoba tiszta, rendezett és kényelmes volt, a szálloda elhelyezkedése pedig kiváló. Az itt töltött idő alatt minden rendben volt, kellemesen éreztük magunkat, ezért bátran ajánljuk másoknak is.

Cons:

Nem tapasztaltunk semmilyen jelentős problémát, mindennel elégedettek voltunk.

All perfect!
Pros:

The staff was amazing and they moved us to bigger rooms because the hotel was almost empty. They offer you special service I can guarantee you you won’t get that at another hotel. We, as 2 single young women felt very safe in the hotel. Will come again!

That we didn’t stay longer!

Great hospitality.
Pros:

Ferit from reception was exceptional, one of the best I’ve ever met.
Location was a great plus, we were able to get quite easily to all places we wanted to see.
Breakfast was good and the extra watermelon came in handy during the heatwave.

Great location, great staff, clean and comfortable hotel
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, quiet room in the heart of historic Istanbul. Good air conditioning. Simple, but plentiful buffet breakfast, available to at least 10am. Friendly, helpful staff. Tons of eateries and supermarkets close by. A few minutes' walk to the Blue Mosque area and the seafront. Great all round hotel.

Cons:

Advertised gym was out of commission.
