Pobyt w hotelu bardzo komfortowy
Pros:

Przemiły, pomocny personel, czystość w pokoju i łazience, winda, dodatkowa opcja rejsu po jeziorze, zaciemniane zasłony, bardzo wygodne łóżka - to wszystko sprawiło, że pobyt był komfortowy.

Cons:

Jedyne, co sprawiło, że pobyt nie był idealny - brak bardzo dobrej kawy na śniadaniu. Kawa podawana była w dzbanku, już gotowa, ale smakowała jak kawa rozcieńczona - było jej zdecydowanie za dużo jak na 2 osoby i smakowała jak kawa zbożowa.
Ekspres stał na ladzie, ale nie można było skorzystać.
Trzeba było kupować dodatkowo kawę w innych restauracjach.

Pros:

Hotel liegt direkt am See mit Zugang zur Seepromenade.
Großer kostenfreier Parkplatz
Direkt nebenan liegt das Restaurant Kotwica Mragowo, sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Wände zwischen den Zimmern sind sehr hellhörig, man hört wirklich ALLES aus dem Nebenraum...
Abends nur noch lauwarmes Wasser, morgens war es dann nur noch kalt.
Beim Check-Out keine Nachfrage, ob es gefallen hat, keine Verabschiedung, nichts.

Sehr schöne Lage am See und freundliches Personal
Pros:

Ich war für eine Übernachtung hier und die Lage ist einfach top! Mit Seeblick vom Balkon aus. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück war auch klasse. Man kann drinnen und draußen frühstücken. Ich würde wieder hier übernachten. Ein Abendspaziergang am See - herrlich!

Hotel zachwyca lokalizacją, czystością, klimatycznym otoczeniem i wyjątkowo pomocną obsługą.
Pros:

Hotel zdecydowanie zasługuje na bardzo wysoką ocenę. Już od pierwszych chwil ogromne wrażenie robi świetna lokalizacja — w bezpośredniej okolicy znajduje się pomost nad jeziorem, a spacer po pięknie zadbanych skwerkach z fontannami i zbiornikami wodnymi to sama przyjemność. Całe otoczenie jest bardzo urokliwe, szczególnie wieczorem, kiedy nabiera wyjątkowego klimatu.

Sam hotel również prezentuje bardzo wysoki poziom. Czystość zasługuje na szczególne wyróżnienie — pokoje wysprzątane są dosłownie na błysk, z dbałością o każdy detal. Nawet najbardziej wymagająca osoba nie miałaby się do czego przyczepić. Pościel była świeża i czysta, łazienka zadbana, odświeżona i przygotowana bez najmniejszych zastrzeżeń.

Największym atutem tego miejsca jest jednak personel recepcji. Panie z recepcji są niezwykle uprzejme, uśmiechnięte i pomocne. Widać, że naprawdę zależy im na komforcie gości — wszystko można z nimi spokojnie ustalić, bardzo chętnie pomagają i podchodzą do klienta indywidualnie. Obsługa stoi na poziomie, którego spokojnie można byłoby oczekiwać w hotelu dużo wyższej klasy.

Cons:

Jedyną drobną sugestią byłoby lekkie urozmaicenie śniadań, szczególnie przy dłuższym pobycie. Same śniadania są w porządku, natomiast kilka częściej zmienianych pozycji sprawiłoby, że całość byłaby już praktycznie bez zarzutu.

As a one night stay it was quite good.
Pros:

Good location. Very large parking lot. It was not very hot inside even without air conditioning (+33 deg outside). The staff was very helpful. Rich and tasty breakfast.

Cons:

Quite noisy even in the night. The sound insulation was not the best. The shower in the room was operating not in the “best way”.
