Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay, with a great location, spacious rooms, and lots of thoughtful litt
Pros:

The location was fantastic, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and very cozy. The beds were especially soft and made for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was clean and incredibly well equipped, with plenty of complimentary shower gels, shampoos, and conditioners.

What really stood out was the thoughtful selection of complimentary extras. There was skincare, toothpaste, a hair comb, hand and body lotion, deodorant, shaving gel and a razor, as well as pads and tampons. They even provided condoms haha! 😄 It was honestly such a nice surprise and a big plus. You could really tell they had thought of all the little things a guest might need.

Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay, with lots of thoughtful details that made the experience even better!

Cons:

The only thing that could have been a little better was the reception service. The staff could have been slightly more attentive and informative. We were charged the wrong amount, and although we were assured it had been noted, the amount was still charged after check out. We reached out again and it was kindly refunded, so the issue was resolved, but the process was a little inconvenient and could have been smoother.

Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé dans le quartier de Shoreditch.
Chambre confortable. Taille raisonnable pour Londres. Salle de bain de bonne taille et agréable.
Bar de la chambre très bien fourni et agréable.

Cons:

L'accueil est froid et le personnel en général n'est pas très "friendly".
L'hôtel est un peu sombre et pas super accueillant.
Le petit déjeuner pris au Cecconi's est à la carte mais très cher. Le personnel de la semaine était froid et pas très aimable. L'équipe du week-end était très sympa en revanche.
Aucun équipement disponible type salle de sport. Tout est réservé aux membres SOHO... au prix de la chambre, c'est un peu exagéré.
J'ai été déçu, je m'attendais beaucoup mieux pour un 5 étoiles Soho.

Loved it, can't wait to stay there again.
Pros:

Lovely property -- near everything but far enough to feel intimate and cosy. I would definitely stay here again. Room service was also incredible -- it came within 10 minutes or less-- I was so surprised! Everything in the room was also lovely and tasteful -- as expected for all Soho House properties and the shower amenities are the best all around.

Cons:

nothing, everything was great.

Cosy and perfect for a couple
Pros:

I loved the interior and size of our room no18. The restaurant linked to Hotel has excellent breakfast and ambiance, location in Shoreditch is perfect.

I loved it all.

Cons:

The courtyard isn’t maintained so not the nicest view out the window and room is quite snug for 2x people (not sure it’s worth how much you pay to squeeze into the space)

Really comfortable and nice place to stay
Pros:

They had everything you can possibly think of in the toiletry devision, the staff were really nice and accommodating - our AC wasn’t working the first night so they gave us fans and immediately moved us rooms the next day.
The location in shoreditch was also great

Pros:

Brilliantly located , very bougie and cool . Room has a vibe and the amenities are fabulous. The air conditioning during the heat wave was splendid . The staff is very friendly and ever helpful
