Pros:

Lovely hotel in a great location. Well designed rooms with many helpful items provided. Close to stations, food and drink options.

Cons:

The air conditioning in my first room was not working. The staff were very apologetic and moved me when a room was available after a few days. They also gave me complimentary drinks and a breakfast. These things happen but it is worth knowing that the window in my room did not open and so that made my stay uncomfortable.

Service let’s down this hotel.
Pros:

The room was beautiful with fantastic amenities.

Cons:

I booked this hotel for the night before my wedding and for two nights afterwards. The night before, my mum stayed with me, and I asked multiple times for the room to be refreshed for the following evening so that my husband and I could enjoy a clean room with fresh bedsheets. Unfortunately, this was not done.
The staff were also not very friendly and made simple requests seem like an inconvenience. The service really lets this hotel down.

Pros:

Beautiful interiors, everything you would need provided, comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again

Cons:

I was confused as to whether tea / coffee were available without also having to pay £3 for milk and the toilet roll was subpar compared to how lovely and soft everything else was and the tv shows were limited before logging in to anything like Netflix - however if they are my only complaints then I am being reaaallly picky.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel.
Pros:

The room was exception. Beautifully appointed. Some nice touches like adapters for travellers, umbrellas, and quite possibly the best minibar I've ever seen.

Cons:

For a premium stay, I would expect some things to be included. All extras, minibar etc came with a cost. A small criticism, as the hotel is fantastic overall.
