Emplacement idéal. A 2 minutes du port et 4 minutes des bus. Jolie chambre et au coeur de la ville. Parfait

Εξαιρετική διαμονή!!!
Pros:

Ένα εξαιρετικό μεγάλο και πολύ καθαρό κατάλυμα, με όλες τις παροχές και πολλά παραπάνω από τα βασικά. Σε όλους τους χώρους αισθάνεσαι και μυρίζεις την φρεσκάδα και την καθαριότητα. Το διπλό κρεβάτι είναι μεγάλο με άνετο στρώμα, αλλά και τα μονά κρεβάτια που κοιμήθηκαν τα παιδιά μου ήταν εξίσου άριστα για να ξεκουραστούν μετά από μια πλήρως γεμάτη με δραστηριότητες μέρα. Η τοποθεσία είναι πάρα πολύ καλή, στο κέντρο της Παροικιάς και κοντά στο λιμάνι, σε μαγαζιά, εστιατόρια, καφέ, αλλά και στο ΚΤΕΛ σε περίπτωση που δεν έχετε αυτοκίνητο και θέλετε να μετακινηθείτε στο νησί. Υπάρχει άριστη ηχομόνωση στο δωμάτιο. Η πλατεία ακριβώς από κάτω από το κατάλυμα είναι ήσυχη, πεντακάθαρη και πλήρως φωταγωγημένη κατά την διάρκεια της νύχτας. Νοιώθεις απόλυτη ασφάλεια για σένα και την οικογένειά σου. Εξαιρετική σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πάρα πολύ φιλικός και κατατοπιστικός, ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα σε ο,τι του ζητήσαμε. Ανυπομονούμε να ξαναγυρίσουμε!

L'hôte ne fait pas tout

L' hôte est super mais en fait il n' y a que ça !
Une clé attachée au badge verrouillant l'électricité avec un cadenas!! Une douche avec une évacuation à contre pente!
Un wc avec un abattant bizarre et inquiétant en terme d'hygiène. Le stockage de parasols dans la chambre alors qu'il n'y a pas de balcon.
L' accès à la chambre assez difficile. Le tout pour un tarif très élevé

Cons:

Tuvimos problemas con la bacha del baño, al momento vino a destaparla y se agradece pero se volvió a tapar a las horas.

Οτι καλύτερο υπάρχει. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία μόλις δύο βήματα από το λιμάνι και τα ΚΤΕΛ και ταυτόχρονα πάρα πολύ ήσυχα. Παίρνει πολλά μπόνους γιατί κύριος Δημήτρης είναι φοβερός άνθρωπος με Α κεφαλαίο!

Vicino al centro ma zona tranquilla
Pros:

Camera moderna, posizione comodissima per visitare il centro di Parikia a piedi ma anche tranquilla e silenziosa. Doccia comoda!! Dimitri il proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile

Very disappointed

I can only mention the location as a plus

Cons:

The room was very old, with a lot of rusty stuff. The bathroom was almost dangerous. It is not acceptable for the price to have rusty soap trays and rust all over the place. The bed table was full of dust and the sheets were old and just over the stained mattress. No bed cover no nothing . I can accept to pay 50 euros for a room like this but if you price it at 140 you should at least make sure it is clean and no rust objects especially in the shower

Nice time
Pros:

We loved the host and the staff, they were available 24/7, always answered texts and went an extra mile to make sure we had a good time on the island. The location is very convenient too, close to the port and the restaurants.

Cons:

It is a good quality for money, but the facilities need a bit of work
