Bonus points though for their showers, great water pressure and hot water which was nice! The staff were mostly friendly.

Cons:

I was hoping for a clean basic room in Delhi in a safe area. We chose this hotel because it had good reviews online. The hotel was in a good safe area however the first room they showed us literaly felt like shoe box, there were no windows and felt SO claustrophobic it also had a random giant TV covered in dust and dirt lying on the centre of the bed. The next room had a window but stank really strongly of mould, the thired room seemed ok, it had a window nice lighting and was pleasant however the pillows were mouldy and we had them changed. when laying in the bed all i could smell was mould. We are not fussy and have traveled all over India and stayed in may different locations so we are no stranger to rough conditions. Its just a shame when you think your going to get a nice clean room but it ends up not being what the reviews have described.
