El personal del hotel muy amable.

Cons:

Las instalaciones, en especial el cuarto están muy descuidados. Viajamos con un grupo de amigos, todos pagamos lo mismo por la habitación y todas eran diferentes en cuanto a tamaño y limpieza o cuidado de las instalaciones. Tuvimos la "mala suerte" de que nos tocara una habitación que estaba algo sucia (había una cucaracha muerta) pero sobre todo mal las instalaciones, al grado de que tuvimos que bajar al baño del lobby a media noche ya que la puerta de nuestro baño se cerraba sola y no lo pudimos usar. Finalmente nos abrieron la puerta del baño, pero nos pidieron que no la cerráramos para que no nos quedáramos encerrados, entonces incómodo y poco funcional.

La distancia de donde estaba yo trabajando. Cómodo y limpio.

Cons:

El segundo día pedí una arrachera termino 3/4 jugosa. La carne estaba sobre cocida, seca y sin sabor.

Bien, me gustó todo
Pros:

La cama muy a gusto, la habitación espaciosa, las areas comunes muy bien, no me pude meter a la alberca por los horarios pero se veia muy bien.

Cons:

a lo mejor un poco obscuro , pero solo por decir algo la realidad es que todo bien lo recomiendo ampliamente.
