Very central. Very noisy.
Pros:

It was clean. The balcony on top floor was nice. It was a central location near market.

Cons:

VERY VERY noisy until late at night - past midnight. When I asked the night clerk when the house would end, he said it was “Centro” so it’s always noisy. When I asked around what time I could expect to sleep, he refused to answer and did not even look up. Just ignored me. It ended around 2:30 am. I had noticed it was noisy during the day but the day clerk said it would stop by 10:00 pm. Continuous car motor revving noise, traffic, people talking and music.

Muy agradable
Pros:
